No need for us to look elsewhere as they do an OUTSTANDING JOB from drying out the water damage to making your home look As good or better than before. EXCELLENT! From the drywall and painter Cesar to the people who came everyday to see if the area effective was dry, the people who packed up 2 rooms of our home and put all my nic nacs in bubble wrap better than I would and marked what shelf and where on the shelf I had each item and the one's who lifted my wide and heavy furniture that was not easy to get out of our front door. We offered to help but they had it. All of the many people from the office staff to the one's who came to our home were very pleasant, didn't complain and were hard workers.

I'm a property manager and we had a leaking water heater which when getting fixed we realized there was a lot of mold surrounding the heater. I called 1-800 Water Damage and they came right out and evaluated the issue. We gave them the business and throughout the process they kept us informed of what they were doing and where they were at in the remediation process. After the job was complete pictures were sent to myself and the owner (I also went and checked it out myself). I would definitely use them again.

I had a water leak from the dishwasher. It flooded most of the house while I was gone. 911 Restoration came in and cleaned up everything. They walked us through everything and helped us figure out what to do moving forward. I highly recommend this amazing company! Thank you!

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.
