I'm a property manager and we had a leaking water heater which when getting fixed we realized there was a lot of mold surrounding the heater. I called 1-800 Water Damage and they came right out and evaluated the issue. We gave them the business and throughout the process they kept us informed of what they were doing and where they were at in the remediation process. After the job was complete pictures were sent to myself and the owner (I also went and checked it out myself). I would definitely use them again.

Servpro’s team Lorenzo, Rick, Maurice & Luis dried out our ceiling & floors checking in daily while things dried out. They were professional and respectful & left our home spotless even while cutting into drywall, cabinetry & carpet. We felt like we could trust them with our home 100%.
