Jose came to repair a spot in our room that had water damage. He did amazing work and was so thorough with everything! He ended having to paint our entire ceiling and did a great job. We had the best experience. We unfortunately had a devastating toilet related flood and called the first company that came up on google. We were so lucky it was 1800 water damage. They came over quickly on a Saturday, the were completely understanding that we were upset and unsure what to do. The two gentlemen that helped us were Adam and Jordan. They were trustworthy, professional and quick. They passed the inspection right away and our insurance company was happy with their service as well. My son is on the autism spectrum and they humored him when he kept saying hi and bye and even were patient when he was running around because he was anxious about what was going on.

We became first time homeowners in October and to have such a devastating claim within the first year, people like Adam and Jordan made it so much easier by putting our minds at ease. Thank you also to the owner Tom for hiring such a great crew. We appreciate the quick service and great communication. I hope we never need see you guys again but if we need to, we will definitely call these guys again. Based on the pictures I’ve sent family, they said this was some of the cleanest best work they’ve ever seen. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Hired by insurance company to do warranty work for a prior contractor. Frank was very professional, replied to calls and texts and followed up on work being done. The roofers came promptly and explained everything that needed to be done, showed pictures and very professional. The painter kept trying and trying to get the proper paint match,,,, mission accomplished.

This is the only contractor you need for your water damage/remediation issues. They were referred to me by the general contractor. These guys called me back the same day I was referred to them; they showed up when they were supposed to; started & completed the work exactly as scheduled. I also received periodic updates from the owner. The containment areas they had to set up were above & beyond what I was expecting. The project was also a little bit more involved as the areas to be worked on were in excess of 18 from the floor. Needless to say I am more than pleased w/ the final outcome & the timeliness of the work. If I could give them a higher rating I would. As an FYI I am not related to the contractor nor have any affiliation w/ them whatsoever.

We used Interstate Restoration for a water damage restoration project. Interstate was the preferred vendor of our insurance company. In a day and age when most contractors could care less, Interstate demonstrated a commitment to clear, timely communication and high work standards. This was particularly so with Mark Serey, Project Director who bid the job and worked with me to accommodate the budget. We went through a couple revisions which was no problem for him. He handed the project off to John Lulaj, Project Manager to coordinate the different teams. John is very knowledgeable about details and procedures of construction. His experience generated confidence. The project involved dry wall, tile flooring, electrical and painting. I was highly satisfied and can recommend them for restoration or remodeling at a reasonable price.

Todd came out this morning and patched up a hole for me. Very friendly and on time! Great service would recommend and call again. ?
