My house has had a tarp on it for over two months. They came out gave me an estimate my insurance did everything they asked for yet I am still waiting and every time I call them they seem like they have no clue and I have to explain everything like it’s the first time calling. Now I am going on my third month and my house has been getting rained thru with this last months storms causing more damage. IF YOU NEED YOUR ROOF DONE GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE OR WAIT MONTHS LIKE I DID.

I've done business with this company before in the past. I've always had good experiences with them so I decided to hire them again for another remodeling project. I endorse them, and I'd happily use them again.

My sister did, but I helped manage it. Took about 6 months, and there seemed to be a lot of delays. Probably most of the backorder had something to due with COVID. Christina Calabrese was our project manager and was excellent at communication. She always kept us up on any progress and any delays. Her boss Zach Brizzee even came to the project site and checked in on it. Those two were key in getting this completed. Thank you!

Excellent Construction Company, great people own it and hard workers

After a tumultuous encounter with a plumbing leak and repairs, we met with Chris at Kustom who took care of the damage caused by the leak. After working with him, he was so helpful and informative, we decided to have Kustom also do the back part of our house as well as a bathroom remodel. He kept us informed and updated during the process. When it was time to start, we had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy who was the Project manager. He met with us and covered everything from A to Z. He laid out the timeline of events as to when the pack out folks would come, demo crew, drywall crew, flooring, bath remodel and painting would be done. Blanca the pack out/in manager and her team did a fantastic job boxing and packing and moving all to a storage pod, then moving us back in, even doing a light cleaning of our place! Jimmy and Crew paid so much attention to detail and kept everything organized and on track to be completed in the two week timeline. Jorge and his crew that laid our flooring on point! It's safe to say the work that Kustom did was outstanding! WE look forward to them doing our Kitchen remodel after the first of the year! I had some water damage in my garage and ended up calling a plumber thinking it was a pipe. They referred me to Bingham who came out and inspected. Johnny from, Bingham, helped me speak with my insurance and help to set everything up for me. Johnny came over and helped out when the inspector came over and throughout the entire process. I would have been lost in the process without the help of Johnny. I would recommend Bingham to anyone.
