In particular Mario Garcia who did most of the inside work, and his assistant Simon. The renovations were skillfully crafted, and it all came out beautifully. It was a complex project, and everyone was very kind, communicative and professional every step of the way. They made a difficult situation much easier for me to bear. I recently had to use this company for water damage restoration and I couldn't have been happier with their service. Their team was professional, and courteous and made sure to thoroughly explain the process to me before starting any work. They were able to quickly and efficiently restore my home and minimize any further damage.

This company's quality of work is fine but the business side is shady! I was lied to by my project manager about fake emergency my crew had to go to as an excuse for why no one arrived to my house when they were scheduled. My crew of 1 drywall person showed up the next day and had no idea about the emergency call he was supposedly on. The drywall person said he was given no information about my job from his boss so he showed up unprepared with no products. I was told that they would add extra guys to my crew to get the work done that day but the only other person who showed up with a person to measure for the cabinets which had already been done with the initial walkthrough (he also had no idea idea of the emergency call he was supposedly on). Apparently they hadn't even started making the cabinets. The guy who came to measure said based on the workload they had it would be another 5 days before it was ready. My project manager tried to make it seem like he was giving us special preference and working things out to get the cabinets ready quickly when I had already be quoted the same time frame from the guy measuring the cabinets. Were my cabinets ready on time...nope! A few days later the cabinet installer finally came and finished the job (he also had no idea idea of the emergency call he was supposedly on). Then I got the bill...they charged me to replace vinyl flooring that I never had and that they never installed!!! They also said they didn't keep track of labor hours! Don't believe a word they tell you and watch your invoice closely.

From my very first contact with Kenny, the owner I have been extremely impressed. He sticks to his timelines, he worked with the timeline limitations that I had, and he is very responsive.

I have already recommended him to a few friends of mine, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. I will definitely be using him in the future with any additional renovations. He is a true professional, and a trustworthy individual.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

When we saw water damage behind the wall in our guest bathroom, our home warranty company sent out a random plumber. They looked at the wall and called a restoration company I knew nothing about. I did not receive a report. I was busy with work, and always had that itch in the back of my head telling me something is wrong. ATH Restoration is by far the best construction company in AZ. We initially contacted them to remove the asbestos popcorn ceiling. Nathan, Stacie, Jason and their crews are very professional. Jason really took care of us and got the job done on time. We had them paint the entire condo, add a water line to the refrigerator, and install LVT in the bedrooms and other minor jobs. The finished product is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I will be in touch in the near future as we will need additional work. I highly recommend them.

Mesic Contracting mobile home repair has such integrity. Tim is honest and does fantastic work. He leveled my manufactured home, did tie-downs, repaired the roof that was damaged, and Tim answered all the questions I had on the FHA engineering report. He upgraded where he could. Whenever I need work in the future, I will definitely use his services.
