Local damage restoration company came to my rescue after a a flooded bathtub upstairs left from one of my children. Damage was extensive and we needed a professional company to come out and do the estimate and assessment. Working with a professional organization like Water Damage Repair Cleanup Phoenix made things go a little bit easier while dealing with this total headache.

I'm currently going through a rebuild process at my home due to water damage that occurred just before Christmas. I expected delays due to the holidays and the process of selecting a general contractor to perform the job. I selected Az Fire & Water due to their reputation and on-line reviews, so far I have not been disappointed with the quality of work and their punctuality, they are always here when they say they are going to be here and even though I had to wait longer than I wanted for them to start the actual rebuild process I really appreciated the fact they were up front with me about how long the whole process would take and so far they have been right on the money with their scheduling. Recently I had Mario out at my place doing the drywall repair, and painting and was not only impressed with how quickly he got the job done but also the quality of work he did; you would have never been able to tell that anything happened with the areas he repaired. In addition, Mario was very nice & polite and I enjoyed our conversations during the 2 days he was working on my Kitchen and living room.

After a water damage claim our insurance company recommended Venturi for the restoration. Jeremy was responsive and friendly. He was on time and discussed our options and next steps. We were able to add some of our own updates as part of the process (at our own expense). Our home is better than before!

I'm in disbelief! This company is insane! Poor quality, poor service, lack of communication, and the list goes on. I would not recommend this company to anyone! They are not good at all. Please save your time and energy and transfer and find business else where! They are not worth it!

I interviewed three prospects before deciding on this company. Thanks to their professionalism and knowledge. They restored our home to a healthy state. This work was performed at my 89 year old mother's house. They were very considerate of her. The job was done in a very timely manner! The owner Eric would call me and keep us updated! Would definitely use them again if needed. Very pleased.

Has nothing to do with their services but I've seen their company car went fast by a school bus as kids were getting into the bus. Do you know the definition of a stop sign coming out of the bus side? News of children dying because of impatient drivers as yourself? I do not care if your boss is on your behind 5m is better than 5 to life.

Ended up paying more than was quoted for use of roto vac in “high traffic” areas. Didn’t make a difference. Carpets in closets weren’t cleaned. Ultimately not worth the price. They left the carpets soaked, didn’t even apply fans to help dry faster. Took a whole day and a half to dry. Take your business elsewhere. I did not book the appointment, but as you can see by the invoice, I was definitely a customer.
