Had some unexpected flooding in my home, and had to call this company at approximately 4:00 in the morning. They came right out. Dealing with their service people on that very stressful day, and since, has been a pleasure. In particular, Jacob, Chris, Chandler, and Benjamin were all very helpful and very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I was so impressed on how easy they made the process for us. Had water damage and they removed a bathroom cabinet. The work preformed was done carefully (they were able to keep stone slab in tact) and in a timely manner. Brandyn and Jeremy came out for initial inspection and then they returned with a few more guys to complete the job. I hope I don’t need them again, but if we do need mitigation I will certainly call them. Brandyn also explained everything and was very responsive. 100% recommend!

While I was out of town I got a call form my landscaper who told me there was water coming out of my front door. I Had a great experience dealing with this company. They were very professional over the phone and had someone at my property within the hour. Everyone in the company I spoke with answered all my questions and took care of the mess. My insurance company was very pleased with the work these guys did. Definitely a company of excellence and I recommend it.

After dealing with a ceiling leak in my garage and waiting weeks for my insurance to process my claim and having to deal with unreliable and ridiculously priced contractors, I was referred to Jenkins. I had the pleasure of having Mario as my project manager and he was professional, communicative, and prompt. From getting quoted, scheduled, and having the work completed, everything went smoothly and without issues. My ceiling came out looking better than it looked before the incident.

The two gentlemen were very nice they explained everything especially when I didn’t understand something or how everything works with all this damage, they also told me I could call anytime if anything worse were to happen which made me feel very comfortable.

Do not use Jeff Jackson HR and owner of all care restoration located at peoria location. They mess with my home loan application lender denied my home loan because they wanted to retaliate against there former employee and didn’t want to send a voe. Katherine ely is an awful person how she treats ppl and doesn’t care about what pettiness and holding grudges can cause. I can’t wait to mention the united states department of labor has to say. Service master corporate and nice fat law suit for affecting my life and my children lives. Shame on them for being a grown adults and owning there own service master franchise. They really give Service Master a bad name and reputation

Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was available around the clock and answered all my questions with detail. He sent someone out the next day and he was also very helpful. Showed and explained everything he was doing to check for moisture and mold. Thankfully none was detected. I appreciated the honesty, specially when a different company had already been here a day prior stating we would need walls torn down etc. I knew something was off and decided to call NextGen for a 2nd opinion, I'm so glad I did! When I called Square One I spoke with Ryan (Owner) who was very polite and knowledgeable. I explained my mothers home received water damage a few days ago and the carpet is now starting to smell. He stated he cold come over that afternoon! He and his assistant surveyed the damage the first hour and explained the water damage to the carpet, pad, base boards and drywall. They brought in equipment to dehumidify and dry out the home. Five hours later my mother called me to say they just left and they were very polite, quite, respectful of her property and the house smells good again! I have nothing but good things to say about Square One and Ryan. I recommend them to anyone who need home restoration services!

We used Square One Restoration Water Fire Smoke Damage Repair to restore our bathroom that had been flooded. Water everywhere. Walls badly damaged. They fixed everything. Total pros, easy to work with - they dealt directly with the insurance company.

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

This team has been so incredible taking care of pack outs and deliveries. My house flooded and that same day we had a team here helping us manage and move everything in the affected areas.
