Bob Miller, project manager, headed up our restoration. After a major flood through out our home from the condo unit above us, he brought in teams of well-trained, experienced workers to complete the restoration. Lawrence, Sr. and his team was enlisted to patch, tape, and paint our walls. The holes were imperceptible upon completion. The walls were perfect, once painted. After new carpet was rolled out, the cleaning crew arrived. Six months of mold and mildew residue, construction dust, and debris from work crews disappeared. The black asphalt and tar that was tracked in on our tile and grout for the previous six months was steamed off by Frank and Greg in half a day. The results were astonishing! Frankie arranged for a textile crew to assist with curtains. Everything was well-coordinated. While the process of remediation, restoration, and renovation takes what seems to be an agonizingly long time, everyone at AZ Fire &Water was understanding, helpful, empathetic, and invested themselves in the projects. Many of them are victims of disaster loss, as well, and identify with what you're going through. Got a kick out of Judith and Jorday--they will even help you with your computer!

You cannot go wrong with ATHR. They came in the middle of the night to clean up the initial mess. Worked until 2:00 p.m. in the morning. Told us what to expect, worked with our insurance and walked us through all the steps of the process. They made us feel totally at ease. We recommend them highly.

I've told you about my day w/ the repair people on Wed...all things repaired and back to working with the first 8 hours of the day..first crew arrived at 9:30 AM....3 guys...brought in a air cleanser..hooked it up and while they cut out the back wall of the closet..part with black mold on it..and the cleanser ran..and they packed up and left..Next came the crew that moved all the stuff out of the way and by cutting on the water, we found the pinhole..yes..no bigger than the head of a pin...in the pipe..no further mold found behind the wall..slightly damp wood...not necessary to replace..and this bunch left..Finally, the plumber showed up..cut on water again so he could locate the hole..by 5 PM..the same day..I had running water..running hot water by 6 PM..and life was good once more...
Then, today the phone rang..was Cary who handled the billing and USAA claims...are you sitting down?? The first good news was USAA had called her and they found a mistake they made with the claim...They found I had more coverage that first thought. Well, I started to fall apart at this kindness...The Servpro company had all these people that worked for them. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO SERVPRO OF NORTH CENTRAL MESA. After 2 failed attempts of getting this taken care of..one phone call to this company and head honcho PAUL FROST..and he caught the ball and ran with it..and his people not only knew how to do the job, but didn't dilly dally around it.
The Servpro company had all these people that worked for them..applied to black mold removal, removing the back wall..half of it..with the mold on it..finding and repairing the leak, cleansing the air of black mold..AND running water? Hot and cold?? Yes, Virginia, there is a God..and He is a mighty God..and yes..there is a Santa Claus too...I am feeling very blessed and amazed how this thing has turned into such a blessing..meeting all these great people...and getting such service from them compared to the nothing the first 2 companies did..and dragged for 4 months..If you ever need hardworking, spot on people who know what and how to do with a situation like water damage..I highly recommend Servpro.of North Central Mesa AZ ...Heck of a story , right?? and now..THE END..

I was having my hot water tank replaced with a tankless one and the installers noticed some potential water damage on my wall. They recommended Bingham Restoration so they gave me their number and not only did they come out but it was within an hour. After arriving they did a full assessment and used a device that did indicate water damage. They gave me a full breakdown of what I could do and contacted my Insurance and had everthing set up for me. They quickly knocked out my pedistal and set up their fans and other equipment to help dry everything out. After a few days they called me and came right back out to collect their equipment. Water damage issues is very stressful but they took that stress away by being fast and very informative on the situation. I would highly recommend using Bingham to anyone that needs restoration as they were quick, curtious and displayed excellent customer service throughout the process.
