Had an amazing experience with ASAP. Within an hour of making a call they were en-route to my home. Upon arrival the team of Shamrock, Julien and Casey set to work on assessing the damage and prepping my home (laying down walkways & securing the impacted area) for restoration. They educated me every step of the process. To find courteous and efficient (they were always on time) help is rare. They left their work areas clean and thoughtfully laid out my dbelongs in my garage carefully wrapped and organized so I could go through them at my leisure. I recommend ASAP Restoration to anyone who may need help out of a messy situation.

I used Kiwi Service to clean the carpets in the house that we were moving out of. I was really surprised that the carpets looked better than when we had moved in four years earlier. I kept their number and when I decided to get the carpets cleaned at our new home they were the ones I called. The results are great and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend their services to anyone!

We had a pet related incident on our nice rug - Julio and Joe were extremely responsive in getting us service within an our of our call. Not only did they have extremely prompt communication, but they gave us a rough estimate for each piece to be cleaned via text after we shared a photo (we also got our mid-century sectional + two chairs cleaned during their visit). They were friendly, professional, and extremely efficient when they arrived. Would highly recommend!

I had some major water damage caused by an adjoining unit and the restoration company came out (not gateway) were all to eager to start ripping out everything but then they left all my stuff in the house. We didn't hear back from them and so we called Gateway and they immediately took over and did everything that this other company was supposed to do. My stuff was moved out in a hour and Gateway took over the drying. We were given a proper time frame and knew exactly when the Gateway team were going to be coming. I am very pleased with the quality of work and the communication of Gateway. I will call them first if something like this happens again!
