From start to finish the experience was amazing! This is the second time I have used John the salesman and Adam the project manager/owner. They always have landed in my budget and provided amazing service throughout project. Ruben and his crew were awesome, they were friendly, kept me informed, and even looked out for me when they thought something didn’t look good and offered solutions. They are experts and artist. They even had no issue coming back and touching up things. In their mind the job isn’t over until the customer does.

On another longtime customer's recommendation, we used Arizona Floors for the travertine flooring and granite counter tops for our remodel. Nicole was the designer, and she was EXTREMELY helpful. Communication & availability of staff was excellent. Nicole's skill and knowledge was amazing. She knows her stuff, and it helped in countless ways. She worked closely with the supplier of the granite slabs, taking exact measurements of the slabs themselves and crafting a layout for our kitchen that optimized the stone. That way, we only had to purchase two slabs, instead of three, saving us hundreds of dollars. Installation of both floor & counter top was PERFECT. I used to work for a floor covering company, so my standards and expectations were high, but Arizona Floors did not fail. I highly recommend the company to anyone.

The Flooring Professionals crew was amazing! I used FP for a 1900 sq ft floor leveling and vinyl plank flooring install. The FP processes are truly dust free and of exceptional quality. The crew was always on time, they worked carefully throughout the home, answered all my questions throughout the process and completed the projects on time. I would absolutely recommend FP for any floor leveling project, they are truly experts!

Rachel was terrific to work with. She understood what I needed and provided the best plan for cabinets. In addition, she looked for sales in Waypoint cabinets and passed on the savings to us. Then when she had the old cabinets removed, she donated them to a charity and gave us the receipt for our taxes. Few contractors do these services. She and Heath also stand by their product and do small tweaking (no large issues).

Spoke with one of the owners, Mark Williams. He made an appointment to review refinishing my stairs. He chose the time and date. Never showed up, never called, did not respond to messages. Beware doing business with this individual or company! I have let those who recommended this company know how they do business.

Vinny and his team are amazing! They came last Friday to install laminate flooring, and got it done fast. His crew is very knowledgeable, and they made sure to ask me questions when they needed to. The finished project is beautiful, and I saved money using them. I would most definitely use them again on my next project.

We had a large area of hard wood floor that was damaged by moisture and termites. Daniel came in and removed the damaged wood and reinstalled the new hardwood floor. His work is flawless!!! I was absolutely blown away by his attention to detail and his meticulous work!! The area looks perfect and even looks better than when we first installed it. Daniel is very personable and pleasant to work with, he showed up on time every day and was very responsive to texts and phone calls. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family. Igor and Alex did a great job installing my new vinyl floor for the entire house. You can tell they take pride in their work and they're super responsive which is always plus.

As a contractor I found Home Solutionz - Phoenix to have comparatively better pricing for the materials I was looking for above the competition. They did offer a trade discount so perhaps thats what contributed greatly to my moving forwards. Love the service, Job well done!
