Very prompt and professional service. Cleaned up our water-damaged kitchen cabinets very quickly. They did a great job and explained everything they were doing along the way.

We returned home from vacation and our water heater leaked which caused some substantial water damage. The insurance adjuster came out and gave us a couple of references for restoration companies. After both referred restoration companies came out and walked the areas that had been damaged I felt I needed another non-biased opinion. My wife found ASAP online and said they had very good reviews. I called Josh with ASAP to see if he would come out and give me a quote. Josh arrived the same day I called him and began taking moisture readings, taping off the damaged areas, taking pictures and measurements (the other companies only took measurements) . It was clear that the companies the insurance company referred were going to work off the insurance companies prepared scope. On the other hand, the information Josh was gathering was to put together a scope that fixed the damage. As with most water damage situations, the real concern is the damage you can't see behind and within the walls. With two young kids I didn't want to take any chances with the potential risk of mold. Josh walked me through what he looks for, showed me the moisture readings (which was 100% in many areas) and helped me understand the water mitigation process. After Josh was finished with his inspection, I knew he was the right restoration company for me and my family. Josh's interest is making sure you as the customer is taken care and the job is done right. Josh and his crew did a great job and finished as quickly as the insurance process allowed. If I ever have any restoration needs, Josh will be my first and only call.

I had a water leak in the kitchen. Did not know who to go with. Someone told me about Acuity. After meeting with Ken I decided to get my entire house remodeled. I have a brand new house! Working with the insurance was a nightmare! Ken worked with the insurance and got my tile covered. I had water damage under the tile and the insurance was refusing to cover it. I am so happy with my home. Sometimes I still feel like I’m house sitting. Hard to believe that this amazing new home is mine!! ?

They were fast, friendly and did a great job. They also took the time to explain the difference and the reasoning for using steam cleaning vs dry cleaning. Couches and chair look great!

Had two spots with sharpie pin marks . The Technician Robert,(Which ended up being the owner of the company)the carpet to as good as new.

This guy was hired by allstate to check on moisture issues found on a bedroom carpet in my home after a heavy rain..He came in and suggested the claim from allstate to be dropped and advised he could do the work of drying out the area, replace the padding under the carpet and that he would check for the issue causing the leak..
A fan was placed in the area and left overnight..The area was checked the following day and the padding was never replaced and the cause of the damage was never looked into..The charge for using a fan? $300..When he was questioned via email about the work and the charge the entire story of what was going to be done had changed and a breakdown of costs was created in an attempt to justify the $300 charge.
A deceptive and dishonest business that overcharged and didn't do as promised..I would steer clear of this shady businessman..
Allstate was given the information and hopefully, do not use this business for any of their claims issues..

Great place

I have had leaks in the past that were repaired in our rental home. Our renter had gotten sick and I was afraid perhaps an old leak had brought mold and was scared and decided to have the cabinets looked at. Adam came to give a free estimate. He said he saw nothing to be concerned about and went on his merry way. I have had others who have capitalized on my fears in the past. He calmed them. I am so grateful for him. I have absolute faith in his integrity. This is a man who can be trusted. He was recommended by another friend who is a contractor with the highest of praises. He was amazing.
