Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was available around the clock and answered all my questions with detail. He sent someone out the next day and he was also very helpful. Showed and explained everything he was doing to check for moisture and mold. Thankfully none was detected. I appreciated the honesty, specially when a different company had already been here a day prior stating we would need walls torn down etc. I knew something was off and decided to call NextGen for a 2nd opinion, I'm so glad I did! BOR was very professional, right on time, friendly, skilled, and thorough. I had water damage from a leaking water heater and they did an outstanding job making sure every speck of mold was removed and all drywall, baseboards, and paint were restored. It looks better than it did originally now. Would highly recommend them for your restoration needs.

Ian and Frank were wonderful. I was able to contact them easily for any questions, which was great. The wall repair work that was done looks beautiful. The work went quickly and the cleanup was excellent. I couldn't ask for better work and customer service.

Ken and his guys at Acuity took fantastic care of us after we had some water damage to our home. The reclamation company did more damage than the original flooding, so by the time Acuity got to us, we were already beyond stressed. Ken took the time to understand our needs, worked with the settlement from our insurance, and put our home back together beautifully. Andrew Wilson installed a hot water heater for me on 3/2/17. Not only was the service great, but it was 1/2 the price of Parker and Sons, Prof Plumbing, and Penguin Plumbing. A++++ all the way and I going to use next time I need plumbing help.
