Tim and his crew did a great job, we had a 300 gallon fish tank drain while we were sleeping at night woke up to a mess Tim and his crew were at our house within an hour or less and did a great job. They were there for a total of five days checked in with us every day came in and checked on the equipment. There quick response probably saved us thousands of dollars more in damage

Only gave them 5 stars because I couldn’t give them more. Terrific service from start to finish. We suffered a major pipe bursting at 5:30 pm the Friday before Christmas; two inches of water throughout the house. Within 3 hours they had a crew out to start the cleanup process. They were there until 1:30 am and back every day until all the water had been vacuumed up. They packed and stored everything in the house and continued the remediation process until the house was dry and mold free. They then brought all our possessions and unpacked them exactly where they had been-including clothing and pictures. Great work, communication, punctuality; everything you could ask for.

I had a leak in my master bedroom and bathroom that was a real mess to clean up. Acquity was referred to me by Copper State Builders who had to take out all the damaged areas and did a GREAT job. Ken at Acuity was great. He and his team restored the drywall, painted, put in new tile in the bathroom, built a new vanity and installed, put in new carpeting and padding, painted the bedroom and bathroom, and restored everything that needed to be restored. He was great to work with as were the rest of his associates. I would definitely hire them again if, God forbid, another disaster presents itself. I was also glad to see all their great reviews. One more doesn't hurt!

Alex Altman with COIT is a superstar in my book. I was contacted immediately by Alex once my claim was initiated late at night through a Third Party. Impressive. He settled my worries with me about the claim process.Anytime that I called, he was able to pick up, which led me to believe that he was an office supervisor/representative, but this was wrong. Once it was time for the dirty work to begin, he was in there with the mold and face mask. I feel very fortunate and blessed to have had Alex and his team with COIT on my side. Followed through and fixed it up. Kamil manged all my concerns very professionally.

We had to use servpro for a flood we had in our house in san tan valley. They did a great job and got it done pretty quickly. They helped us communicate back and forth with our insurance which was really helpful. Our insurance adjuster was pretty good, but because they never really had a chance to visit the property so there were some issues they weren't really understanding and Paul and Cary helped us get the adjuster to understand why some flooring issues needed to be covered even though they originally trying to not cover them.

Tristen was great and everyone kept in touch to make sure I could get my house back in order despite industry related delays. It's now better than before ?

Rich and his staff were incredibly professional and compassionate to the damage in my upstairs area due to a bathroom flooding. He was expedient in scheduling the same day I called. Courteous in giving me heads up text that they were on their way. Not only did he and Tyler fix the carpet that had to be pulled up, but did an incredible job of cleaning the area. The two gentleman were extremely professional. They went above and beyond. In today's society it is a breath of fresh air to meet those who truly care for their craft and take pride in a job well done. Thank you gentleman! I will definitely call on this company again!

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
