Belfor was hired by my insurance company to repair a wall that had been hit by an impaired driver. The wall had been standing for thirty years prior to the accident and looked as solid as the day it was made but for the chunks that had been knocked out by the car. Belfor employees showed up and talked a great game. Told me how they were going to fix the wall. They took down a good ten feet of wall on either side of the impact point. Charged the insurance company almost twenty grand. Less then two months latter the wall is separating at the corners. Almost a year later Belfor's solution? Paint over the problem. The wall looks far worse then the prior wall which had been hit by a car! And they want to paint over their poor workmanship.

Now that I've done some research I realize Belfor has such bad reviews I would not have independently hired them. Lesson number two, don't think insurance companies know anything about qualify contractors. Lesson number one? Stay away from Belfor.

Joshua's communication was excellent. All of his responses were really quick and really put in an effort to find me the best solutions. It's really hard to find people with such great commitment towards their work. I am glad that I stumbled up on ASAP Restoration. Highly Recommended

We had an awesome experience with PuroClean! They were really here for us when we needed it the most - my moms entire house flooded late Saturday night, so we needed help with the water mitigation and dry out of the entire house fast. I was connected to PuroClean and they took our call in the middle of the night (prob 1am) and their team was at our house at 9am the same day. Incredible! James and every team member at PuroClean was incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable, hardworking, communicative and very caring during such a difficult time. They worked directly with our insurance company and really helped us understand the entire process along the way. I would highly recommend PuroClean and their awesome team to everyone!

BEWARE. Absolute rip-off. Was quoted $79 as that was their minimum. In actuality that is JUST their drive fee. Then they charge another 45 and 40 on top of it. Asked for pet stain to be removed - pet stains are still there and smell remains. I ended up having to use my Bissell and I had better luck...AVOID. Not professionals!!
