Our roof leaked awhile back and Doan Restoration came to the Rescue! We met one of their employees, Brandyn, who checked every inch of the house and quickly took out all damaged items without doing any unnecessary work. They even talked to our insurance inspector/adjuster for me as they were both here at the same time. Will definitely be using them again if ever needed!

Best customer service from any company that has stepped foot in my home. Finished the job in a timely manner and with great professionalism. Kept the area really clean and rep was respectful of the home, language, and great hygiene which is greatly appreciated since I've had bad experiences in the past. After a water damage claim our insurance company recommended Venturi for the restoration. Jeremy was responsive and friendly. He was on time and discussed our options and next steps. We were able to add some of our own updates as part of the process (at our own expense). Our home is better than before!

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

They came out 2 weeks ago and said I would have my estimate last Monday. Nothing... I call again Tuesday and they say sorry we will have it by Wednesday. Now it's Wednesday and still nothing. I call Thursday and they say Im so sorry I'll give Jason a call, we should have it by Friday Friday comes along and still nothing. I call this Monday and they apologize and say they will check on it and see why they haven't sent the estimate. It is Friday this week and they have lost my business because clearly they do not want it. Terrible logistics and file managment. I'm going with Zona Restoration because they actually send you your estimate the same day they inspected unlike this business

I don't understand why it says open 24hrs. I can't get anyone to answer or even leave a message during business hours. Just rings and rings. How does someone hire this company?

We had a huge flood in our house in San Tan Valley in the 2nd story bedroom. We had to have the whole house taken down to studs. It was a bit of a crazy time for us, but these guys were amazing and worked hard to get our house put back together. Paul is the owner and really kept us up to date with the progress of the job. We used this SERVPRO for both the water damage restoration portion and the reconstruction. it was great to be able to have to only deal with one company through the whole process.

I admit I found the website on a search, but everything about the experience today was professional. After scheduling a contact right from the web site, I got a call shortly from the office, and had two techs at my house in about an hour. They were very courteous and professional, and got right to work. Then the owner, Bryan Lewis came by and explained the rest of the process and what to expect from the insurance adjuster. Everything was done thoroughly and expertly, including photos and even thermal-imaging of the moisture in the walls. All that remains is the repair and restoration work.
