We had a roof leak that resulted in interior and exterior damage including mold. I asked our Nextdoor app for recommendations and several gave me the contact information for 1800WaterDamage. They answered the phone the phone right away and came the next day. They were able to give a good recommendation for a contractor to make the necessary repairs. They were generous to leave the negative pressure equipment for 2 weeks while the other work was being done. The original quote was honored. They were on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them with no reservations and would use them again.

Frank and Greg did a wonderful job putting back my kitchen as if it never happened in the first place . I had a leaking water heater that did damage to my drywall. I called a restoration company and they advised me to submit a claim to my insurance as there was water damage and they needed to remove and repair. When I called my claims adjustor, she said they had a restoration company that they work with (B.O.R.). I had Eric come out and price repairing the drywall wall as the other company had already removed everything that was damaged. Eric and his son Cameron were very honest and you could tell they took pride in their work. There was some very tight timing trying to work with the other restoration company, B.O.R. and the plumber. Eric was always very responsive, showed up when he said he would and did a phenomenal job. He pointed out some things the other restoration company did not do correctly and explained what needed to be done. He corrected their mistake and did not even charge me. In this day in age it is very hard to find companies that are honest, caring, take pride in their work and do what they say they are going to do. When they left, you could not even tell they were here. If the rating went to 10 I would give them an 11. Look no further - hire B.O.S. and you will not be disappointed.

They don't seen to know when insurance claims get approved. I met with Randy on 11/5 and had to make over 6 calls over 2 months, just just to get an update on the estimate.
I was told on 12/16 we were waiting from.state farm yet state farm approved it on 12/7!! Their response was it was state farm and sedgwicks fault .they got their check and cashed it on 12/16. This is without me even knowing the price.

Today I get a call to tell me they have to now get a new contractor to come look. When I ask why , I'm told they will need to see the types of materials they'll need. When I asked if that's in the estimate she told me they don't give the workers the estimate.
I asked how does that contractor then know the estimate to stay within? She then tells me I refused anyone to come out and hung up! I've waited patiently for over 2 months just for an estimate. my frustration, doesn't stem from having some one out to repair it. My frustration is this company doesn't seem to want to fulfill the job they've been contracted to do and paid for! I'm happy to receive a refund back to the insurance company for the work not done but I have a lack of faith that they will even refund it timely seeing as it took over 2 months just to communicate an estimate! I see by other complaints they've done this to others recently.

We used Square One Restoration Water Fire Smoke Damage Repair to restore our bathroom that had been flooded. Water everywhere. Walls badly damaged. They fixed everything. Total pros, easy to work with - they dealt directly with the insurance company.

I highly recommend Arizona Total Home Restoration. My condo got flooded by my upstairs neighbor. My condo is older, so asbestos was found in the joint compound. Nathan, Company President, and his team came in and answered all my questions (which were a lot). They did a phenomenal job on the asbestos abatement demolition. They were even able to help identify other issues that were uncovered once demolition was complete (e.g. different drain pipe leak). I am so thankful for their help!
