Their promptness in response as well as how fast they were able to get their job done keeps me at piece because I know it’ll get done correctly without any necessary added stress. Robert is super friendly, responsive and dedicated to his work. He drove out to my rental property the same day my tenant discovered a leak in the ceiling and began setting up his equipment right away before the problem could get worse. Three days later he showed up on a holiday to inspect the ceiling and make sure no mold had grown. I can't recommend Robert and Phoenix Water Damage Services enough!

Jenkins Restoration responded to my insurance claim for roof / rain damage to my home. The Jenkins employee who did the initial clean-up (Jose) was very easy to work and very professional. I would highly recommend their services.

From the top guy, Leo Norris, who brought the drying equipment the day after Christmas, to all the workers - Cee, Mario, Nico, Raul, Julio - who came daily to rip out, scrape, clean, pack, and take care of our situation, until it was all dry!! While doing some fall cleaning, we noticed a mold spot in the corner of a bedroom closet. We quickly found Bright Home Construction and called them that morning talking to Andy. Within a few hours, Andy was at our home inspecting the mold and explaining to us what may have been the cause. The next morning (within 24 hours of discovering the mold) Luke came to our home to remove the drywall, insulation, baseboard, and cleaned out the mold. Several days later, Jeff came to re-install the insulation, drywall, and baseboard molding, then re-texture and paint the area. Everyone from Bright Home was very prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the issue. Although I hope we do not have too many of these problems, I would not hesitate to contact bright Home Construction again as they did a fine job.

Still am working with DriRite to get my insurance claim completed, plus some remodeling done. It is now in the 3rd month of getting my master bathroom shower working. Numerous issues and seriously bad communications. No scheduling whatsoever, we have had to call to find out when things will happen. Took a whole week to drywall, lay concrete and then tile my master shower and it was not done properly. Had to have several calls with project lead to come to the house and he explained this is normal or that will be fixed by another team. Why cant it be done right the first time? Shouldn't there be estimates done prior to doing the work? Why would you not fix and patch all drywall prior to tiling? I just don't comprehend how there is no common sense or anyone really inspecting the work done prior to the next team coming in and saying well so and so should have done that prior to us. My fault for accepting our insurance companies recommended contractor when I was hesitant from the day they came out and did the inspection. I would not recommend them unless you have a lot of time and patience.
