I had a wonderful experience with ASAP Restoration. The owner, Josh, was incredibly prompt, responsive, and knowledgeable, and he was my contact person throughout the entire process from mitigation through reconstruction. He made my emergency a priority and had a mitigation team at my home within three hours of my initial call. They stayed until 2:30 in the morning to do a quality job getting everything set for the drying phase. Josh then spoke with me regularly to help me understand the insurance process, troubleshoot the problems that arose with my air conditioner, and explain my options along the way. He had a great team of professionals get my house put back together quickly - I cannot say enough great things about my experience with this company! Each person I met from ASAP was friendly, knowledgeable, patient (I ask a lot of questions…), hard working, skilled, and trustworthy. You can’t tell that I had water damage in my walls or ceiling – they did such a great job with reconstruction. This company is truly top-notch!

In February 2017, I discovered wet walls and carpet in the walk-in closet adjacent to the travertine stone tile shower in the master bath of the house I had recently purchased. My real estate agent recommend Acuity Builders as they had performed well for a client of hers. Ken Hawk and Matthew Garrett of Acuity Builders came to the house and determined that water was going through the through the stone tile and breaching all layers of waterproofing.

Matthew and Ken worked closely with us to rebuild from the water damage. The entire shower was torn down and rebuilt with new tile. From start to finish all services from selecting new materials to installation, cost and schedule performance exceeded my expectations and I would without reservation employ and recommend their company, Acuity Builders for home construction projects.

Nothing, soooo disappointed, feel like I WAISTED 200.00!!! The guy was not very friendly/personable...He made stains to my couch that were not there before, and he DID NOT get the spots or smell out of it....it was like he wasn't even really trying to....the next day I went & got a carpet/upholstery shampooer and did it myself, I T was alot of work, but I went over the bad spots a few times and got the stain/smell out all by myself!!!! Wish I would have done that way in the first place..because I don't have 200.00 to waist!!!

I had to have 2 rooms of carpet removed and then replaced with new. When setting up the appointment Kim was courteous and friendly. They were able to get me scheduled within 4 days, right on the date and time I was hoping for. I had the new carpet already at my location (Donated to me by a good friend), and thought I was in for a couple of carpet seems since I thought my carpet pieces were a couple inches short. These guys worked some kind of magic, the carpet fit, no seems, and was done in less than 2 hours including removing of the old. After trying to get scheduled with other places, and getting astronomical quotes and unavailable dates, I can easily recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning. We needed to get a home cleaned after a lot of blood was spilled because of an in-home accident. This company came recommended by the local county sheriff’s department, they use them when it’s needed on their end. The customer service was personal, very kind and so helpful. They helped us deal with the insurance company (which we didn’t even know we could approach for reimbursement), got someone there right away and took off our shoulders what was (for us) an incredibly upsetting and foreign experience. And all of this while we were thousands of miles away trying to deal with our injured parent’s stay in the hospital during a severe Covid outbreak. We highly recommend this company.

They are much cheaper than the carpet cleaners I was previously using. I like the warranty cleanings, since they are priced as maintenance and not as if they are cleaning again for the first time.

This guy was hired by allstate to check on moisture issues found on a bedroom carpet in my home after a heavy rain..He came in and suggested the claim from allstate to be dropped and advised he could do the work of drying out the area, replace the padding under the carpet and that he would check for the issue causing the leak..
A fan was placed in the area and left overnight..The area was checked the following day and the padding was never replaced and the cause of the damage was never looked into..The charge for using a fan? $300..When he was questioned via email about the work and the charge the entire story of what was going to be done had changed and a breakdown of costs was created in an attempt to justify the $300 charge.
A deceptive and dishonest business that overcharged and didn't do as promised..I would steer clear of this shady businessman..
Allstate was given the information and hopefully, do not use this business for any of their claims issues..

We have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past. But after Kamil cleaned our house ,we are not gonna use anyone else .
The carpets literally looked like brand new,he was able to make spots disappear that the two previous carpet cleaning companies were not able to.
Tile and specially the grout in the kitchen area was so dirty and discolored from 10+ years.All the oil and grease from everyday cooking made the floor look terrible,when I saw the difference after Kamil finished cleaning it I was truly amazed.He recomended sealing the grout to prevent the dirt and grease from discoloring it again.Year later and the grout looks just like it did the day He cleaned it.
My wife also had Kami steam clean our sofa and love seat,between the dogs and the kids the sofa was so dirty I was about to throw it out and go buy a new one.Kamil did pre inspection of the fabric and told me to save my money ,that He will be able to make it look like new.I was really sceptical but this guy proved me wrong again.After he was done with the sofa it really looked amazing .

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
