Jenkins did great work on a repair after I had some water damage. Everett Sandoval was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. You can tell that Jenkins has a focus on doing the work right the first time and customer satisfaction is very important to them. Would definitely recommend!

as good as theses guys are. Christian Padilla is the project Director and his crew were extremely proficient , the first thing they did was to put a barrier down to protect out flooring and seal of the rooms that required work. I highly recommend DRR for any restoration you may have

Called and had questions pertaining to swimming pools which they do not restore. Josh called me back, listened and gave me excellent advise and suggested another company that would better help with my situation. When the insurance company's restoration people left I was confused and overwhelmed. I called Zona for a second opinion. They were all very professional, friendly and helpful! Ultimately they did not complete the restoration for us, but they would be the company I recommend to my family and friends.

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

When we saw water damage behind the wall in our guest bathroom, our home warranty company sent out a random plumber. They looked at the wall and called a restoration company I knew nothing about. I did not receive a report. I was busy with work, and always had that itch in the back of my head telling me something is wrong. The estimator and other girls in the office are polite and professional.
