Local damage restoration company came to my rescue after a a flooded bathtub upstairs left from one of my children. Damage was extensive and we needed a professional company to come out and do the estimate and assessment. Working with a professional organization like Water Damage Repair Cleanup Phoenix made things go a little bit easier while dealing with this total headache.

AZFW is hands down the worst contractor I’ve ever worked with. Extended review is on yelp. Losing paperwork, charging for services not rendered, lying, not returning communication, pointing fingers, damaging existing property, unable to complete repairs, attempted blackmail; the list never ends. I'd avoid this company at all costs. Almost 6 months after starting business with them, the repairs to my wall still need to be addressed, there is additional damage by the company to my floors to be remedied, and I've had an increase in my homeowners insurance as a result of a claim being paid out. Not at all worth the hassle.

We had water damage and they were quick to respond and to eliminate the present water damage and prevent any further damage that would require to be removed. I would highly recommend using this company for your water damage needs.

Unfortunately, I was a victim of insurance fraud with another restoration company and needed help quickly. Josh, the owner, is absolutely amazing and gives hope that there are people out there who care and are willing to help in the time of need and not out to get your money. They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are and I'd recomend them to ANYONE.

Unreliable company. Called 3 weeks ago and after speaking to the lady, she said someone would call to set the appt. Well, Robert called the next day and I tried to reach him 3 times during the day. Now 3 weeks later Robert hasn't called back and when I called EHS last week, the lady said someone will call me that day. Well, still have NOT received a call. It's good know how these companies work for future considerations. I will be posting this review in the subdivision monthly bulletin which reaches almost 1000 homes. There is nothing they can say, gave them 2 opportunities and EHS lilitary did nothing to contact me. Very disappointed.

We were told they were about six weeks out to get to schedule our house. It is now almost six weeks and we find out last week we are not yet on any schedule. Don't know if or when we will be scheduled. House is a mess and unlivable. When I call they are polite and tell me they will check with someone and call me back.
I have never received a return call. NOT HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!!!

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.
