Servpro really helped us when the washing machine flooded all throughout the house. They were very professional and worked with my insurance company for me!

I contacted the Water Mold Fire Restoration about a water damage claim and they came out very quickly. Their staff was all very polite, competent, and professional. They took care to protect the carpets and floors outside of the working areas. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work.

I have had the best experience with this company. I had been living in my apartment for only 2 1/2 months and I became very ill. I noticed a mildew smell coming in badly, and I called ASAP restoration and was given advice of what to do and useful information. ASAP restoration had referred me to a company to come out and do mold testing within 24hrs. Come to find out there had been mold in the walls and was not properly fixed from previous water damage. I am so thankful to have made that call when I did, it was inhabitable environment to continue to live in with myself and children. I am definitely going to keep them for future reference and will recommend them to anyone in need! Jordan, Mike, and Tony did a great job repairing water damage on my ceiling. Couldn’t even tell there was ever damage there.

After a tumultuous encounter with a plumbing leak and repairs, we met with Chris at Kustom who took care of the damage caused by the leak. After working with him, he was so helpful and informative, we decided to have Kustom also do the back part of our house as well as a bathroom remodel. He kept us informed and updated during the process. When it was time to start, we had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy who was the Project manager. He met with us and covered everything from A to Z. He laid out the timeline of events as to when the pack out folks would come, demo crew, drywall crew, flooring, bath remodel and painting would be done. Blanca the pack out/in manager and her team did a fantastic job boxing and packing and moving all to a storage pod, then moving us back in, even doing a light cleaning of our place! Jimmy and Crew paid so much attention to detail and kept everything organized and on track to be completed in the two week timeline. Jorge and his crew that laid our flooring on point! It's safe to say the work that Kustom did was outstanding! WE look forward to them doing our Kitchen remodel after the first of the year! Adam kriloff runs the best staff!! His employees are professional and trustworthy and are very knowledgeable on what they are doing. I'm one of those guy who watches while they work and I'm just in shock the team effort was on point. They will most definitely be the only people I call if I ever need anything.
