I had a old sink I wanted to get replaced. Max was excellent , he was professional and courteous. He explained everything clearly and took his time to give the best output.

I stepped in to help my neighbor who was out of town. There was a water leak in her kitchen that caused water damage throughout her lower cabinetry. Servpro of N Tempe/Mesa sent a crew to dismantle the cabinets and set up dehumidifers for the wet areas. Chester Wellisch, Crew Chief, communicated with me every day of their arrival time - always on time or a little early, but never late. Any home owner would appreciate this, but I did so even more as I would meet them at my neighbors house to let them in and stay there while they completed their tasks. Chester and his crew were complete professionals and from the moment they arrived they went right to work. There was no lollygagging. My husband and I were impressed with their service, attitude (moment of unexpected findings), and conduct that if we ever have a need for this type of service for our home, we'll call Servpro. Highly recommend this company and especially Chester and his crew; Kenny, RG, and Stuart.

I had a hot water tank leak that went through and around the pedestal and into the walls. Kevin and his team were very professional (on time, polite, informative, and cleaned everything up when they were done). I was told upfront what they were going to do, why each thing needed to be done, and how long their services would be needed. Their calculations were spot on and they also helped me with my house insurance.claim. Im disabled and wheelchair bound; they made sure all their fans were placed effectively, yet did not hinder my ability to get around in the hallways. They moved some on of belongings for me that were getting wet and that I wasn't able to move myself. When they were finished, you could not tell they had ever been there (meaning they left my home as it was prior to the water mess). I highly recommend SERVPRO and would definitely use them again.

He man that did the work was great but the company and project manager never came to check on job and they did not bring materials to the worker they had to use my extra flooring to finish the job I told the project manager I would not recommend the company to anyone and he said he don’t care this company was recommended by my insurance I told them what happened hopefully they get removed from the contractor list
