Lawrence and Leonard were both great when we worked with All Dry, they had the job done quicker than expected and were able to save us money while still getting very professional work!

I had a great experience with Nichole at Lotus Contracting. I crashed my car through my closed garage door and almost went completely through the back wall of the garage. The wall I damaged had all the utilities coming into the house (water, electric, gas) and all were damaged. It was extremely stressful with all the adjusters and inspectors and having to move out while repairs were being completed. Nichole was so nice and understanding, even as I was losing it. Nichole took over everything and kept me updated regularly. Most importantly, when she said her guys would be at the house, they were there EARLY and ready to work. When I asked her how long the repairs would take, she didn't sugar-coat it. She estimated how long it would take and the repairs were done actually about a week early. That is because she took it upon herself (I didn't ask) to call the city inspector and lean on him to get his inspection done before all the stucco and paint was done so the utilities could be turned back on. Nichole showed that she cared about my situation and did everything she could to help me. If you need a contractor, let them be in the running and get a bid from them!

Giving them a 1 star is too much ! Horrible experience from start to finish.
It took almost 4 months to get my small bathroom repaired, communication was horrible, they wouldn’t call me back. I had 3 different project managers & had 3 different people reject the job because they (valley services) didn’t want to pay what they were asking. They actually did more “damage” from tape being ripped and what not. Their painting was not professional. Not a company I would recommend or work with again.

Not only would I highly recommend Bingham because of their positively outstanding service, I wouldn’t use anyone else. They went above and beyond to facilitate this entire process. Thank you so much Kai Peterson and your team for a job well done.

November 14, 2019 will be a date to remember in our household. At 8:30am my wife walked into our bedroom after hearing water noise while in the kitchen. She discovered a waterfall pouring out of our ceiling. After a very short time, four rooms in our house had approximately 2-2 !/2 inches of water on the floors and everything in the bedroom was soaked The fire sprinkler system had a crack in the plastic pipe directly above our bed. Our insurance company recommended four restoration companies.
It was my good fortune to call Valleywide Restoration of the greater Phoenix area. They are a family owned business serving this area for 20 years. Wyatt was at my house within the hour and his crew of 4-6 people came ready to work 45 minutes after Wyatt's arrival. At the end of the day, after all was cleaned, furniture removed and clothing boxed up, they left us a very clean property. There is still much work to do. I anticipate Valleywide will continue to do exceptional work through the rest of the project.
They are all very professional, accommodating, know their jobs and treat their customer with respect.
I have seen them or spoken to them daily since the first day this happened and they have answered all my questions graciously.
Wyatt has taken all my calls immediately and called me when he had questions.
If by chance, you find yourself in a similiar situation as my wife and I did on November 14th, Valleywide Restoration is definitely the company to call.

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.

Matthew and Cody are very thorough and professionally commutative. I honestly wouldn't trust most people to do extensive jobs in my home like this but there's something about them that made me very comfortable with the situation. Cleaned all my clothes and rugs. I think they are overpriced. My art work looks the same as when they took it. I do not think it was even touched but i sure was charged for it. Backing paper was still water stained. Looks like they just dried it out. I could of left it in this AZ heat to dry it off too. Took 3 months to get things back with multiple calls to get that accomplished.
