Best Restoration Emergency in Phoenix AZ

I’m moving and had to have my house move in ready for the next tenant. Staff was super friendly, on time and did a great job cleaning and made the carpet look like new! Took a huge load off of my shoulders.

I used the team for a water leak from the roof. Nate, Shauna and the team were amazing at coming out with in an hour to cleanup the fallen ceiling and the attention to detail was AMAZING. I can’t say enough good things about ServPro! I had a leaky AC unit and had to have ceiling and part of a wall removed as well as insulation. Once the new AC unit was installed, ServPro did an excellent job reconstructing everything! They were professional and everyone who came to the house was respectful and did things just the way I would have, if I could have done it!! They were very responsive. Basically they were all awesome!

I hired Mesic Contracting to do Re-Leveling on my grandmas manufactured home in Mesa. They do excellent work and will definetly use again.

We had a huge flood in our house in San Tan Valley in the 2nd story bedroom. We had to have the whole house taken down to studs. It was a bit of a crazy time for us, but these guys were amazing and worked hard to get our house put back together. Paul is the owner and really kept us up to date with the progress of the job. We used this SERVPRO for both the water damage restoration portion and the reconstruction. it was great to be able to have to only deal with one company through the whole process.

If there were 10 stars I would give Rocky Mt a perfect 10! These folks know when you need them it is NOT your best day. I had them out twice in 3 months for a recurring leak (don't even ask about the plumber and contractor for that). Vanessa who took my call was very empathetic and was so accommodating. The crew is very professional, clean, and kept me in the loop everyday as to how the drying process was going. I HIGHLY recommend these amazing people! If there is a bright side to a leak/flood, it is Rocky Mountain Restoration!

My wife and I just purchased a condo that after move in had a weird smell. They came out to sanitize the a/c vents and it really helped. Alex was very professional and explained everything he was doing. Very impressed. Will definitely use again if needed.
