You cannot go wrong with ATHR. They came in the middle of the night to clean up the initial mess. Worked until 2:00 p.m. in the morning. Told us what to expect, worked with our insurance and walked us through all the steps of the process. They made us feel totally at ease. We recommend them highly.

I recently had a dishwasher leak that saturated some of my cabinetry. Working with ServPro was a great experience from start to finish. This was a very stressful and unexpected situation. The entire ServPro team, including project manager Robert Hyatt, was incredibly prompt, reliable, professional, honest, thorough, communicative and very patient with explaining every detail to me throughout the multi-step process. This really helped reduce my stress and frustration in dealing with this mess. And they made sure my kitchen ended up not just as good as new, but better. They are definitely on my shortlist of trusted contractors.

I was over charged for the job performed. They only found water staining on the drywall, so drywall needed to be repaired. The workmen did cut several holes and poke holes to make sure there was not any other water that we could not see, so this was good. Containment was done. I am concerned that the containment was not done properly because it has gaps, and does not have the 3 stages built into it. I have a medically fragile child, so containment for even dust is important.

I had Lee from RMR come to my and he was very professional, extremely friendly, prompt and on time. Everything is better off than it originally was honestly and you could really tell that Lee knew what he was doing. 5/5 stars ?

A careless tile removal job from a contractor left our entire house caked with dust. Our world just stopped, we were devastated. A friend had us call Rick, who came out and set us up right away. Scott and Alex came out and went over and beyond our expectations. Absolutely the best!!! Thank you for your professionalism and dedication. Wow. I have been a Realtor and property manager for 25+ years. In all that time, I’ve never worked with a Phoenix restoration contractor that I could praise or refer to others in good conscience. That changed this week when Lotus undertook a critical (and extensive) remediation project for one of my clients. Their communication is excellent as was their response time. Fair and honest pricing too, which almost never comes with the territory. I worked with Jill, one of the owners, directly. I highly recommend their services.

Charge absurd amount for not even doing what was asked for, they were asked to board up my heavily damaged home to prevent people from entering and failed.

I don't know what I would have done without calling kustom when my toilet flooded. They were able to take care of the problem right away and handled my restoration needs so efficiently. When I had questions they were quick to answer them and made me feel like I was a priority to them! I hope to never have any situation like this happen again but if it does I know exactly where to go!
