The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

Excellent customer service by all of the staff involved. Scheduled and performed water mitigation services and pack out, then completed the demo work for flooding damages. Repairs being done by a general contractor.

After I experienced water damage in my home, I believed I was engaging ServPro of Scottsdale to completely remediate the damage. It wasn't until the drying process was complete and carpet was still pulled up and walls had been demolished and not rebuilt that I learned ServPro had only agreed to dry out the area and not completely restore it. The owner was completely unconcerned about the miscommunication and informed me it would be six weeks before a crew would be available to finish the work. This left me on my own to find a carpet contractor and a drywall contractor so I could completely recover from the damage. Additionally, ServPro filed a twenty day notice of lien to make it easier for a mechanics lien to be filed later if I didn't pay for their services. This was very insulting since an invoice hadn't even been sent. Once I paid the bill, the owner refused to provide a follow-up release notice to indicate the payment had been made and no lien was going to be filed. The series of interactions with the business owner was so unsatisfactory, I would never use this business again. I have shared this review with many others.

Great company, backed by solid integrity. Something you can't beat when you find yourself in a situation where trust and quality matter the most. Can't recommend them high enough for all your restoration needs.

I’d recommend using this company for any home fire damage cleanup & repair needs. They are the best when it comes to restorations.

This guy was hired by allstate to check on moisture issues found on a bedroom carpet in my home after a heavy rain..He came in and suggested the claim from allstate to be dropped and advised he could do the work of drying out the area, replace the padding under the carpet and that he would check for the issue causing the leak..
A fan was placed in the area and left overnight..The area was checked the following day and the padding was never replaced and the cause of the damage was never looked into..The charge for using a fan? $300..When he was questioned via email about the work and the charge the entire story of what was going to be done had changed and a breakdown of costs was created in an attempt to justify the $300 charge.
A deceptive and dishonest business that overcharged and didn't do as promised..I would steer clear of this shady businessman..
Allstate was given the information and hopefully, do not use this business for any of their claims issues..

I am late with doing this review as the work was done back in August of 2022....i would like to say that the cleaning of our living room carpet was great! They brought it back to life after not being cleaned for at least 25 years. We have white plush carpeting so it was pretty dirty, but it was cleaned up fantastically! We are so grateful that our carpet came back to life! Not only did they clean our carpet but they were very professional while doing it. If you need your carpet cleaned do not hesitate to give this company a call , you will not regret it! Thank you for doing a wonderful job on our carpet , we will be calling you again soon!
