It was a great experience working with EHS.

This guy was hired by allstate to check on moisture issues found on a bedroom carpet in my home after a heavy rain..He came in and suggested the claim from allstate to be dropped and advised he could do the work of drying out the area, replace the padding under the carpet and that he would check for the issue causing the leak..
A fan was placed in the area and left overnight..The area was checked the following day and the padding was never replaced and the cause of the damage was never looked into..The charge for using a fan? $300..When he was questioned via email about the work and the charge the entire story of what was going to be done had changed and a breakdown of costs was created in an attempt to justify the $300 charge.
A deceptive and dishonest business that overcharged and didn't do as promised..I would steer clear of this shady businessman..
Allstate was given the information and hopefully, do not use this business for any of their claims issues..

During the Texas winter storms that damaged the power grid (we are in Austin, TX), we lost power and our pipes burst, flooding our house. Victor and Cisco came all the way from Tempe, Arizona to help those of us affected by the storm. They helped remove water damage from our ceiling, walls, and floors and hauled away all of the damaged flooring and Sheetrock. They installed temporary fans in our house to monitor and pull moisture from the air. They were friendly, efficient, super hardworking, quick about answering our questions and incredibly thorough with their work. We want to sincerely thank Victor and Cisco for everything they did and for coming to Austin. I recommend Servpro and highly recommend these two gentlemen.

We had a huge flood in our house in San Tan Valley in the 2nd story bedroom. We had to have the whole house taken down to studs. It was a bit of a crazy time for us, but these guys were amazing and worked hard to get our house put back together. Paul is the owner and really kept us up to date with the progress of the job. We used this SERVPRO for both the water damage restoration portion and the reconstruction. it was great to be able to have to only deal with one company through the whole process.

Justin and Caleb came out today and they were great! It's always stressful dealing with water damage but I felt much better knowing I was in safe hands with them. They were very professional and caring about everything they did. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Lawrence and Leonard were both great when we worked with All Dry, they had the job done quicker than expected and were able to save us money while still getting very professional work!

Jill is amazing to work with. I can't wait to work with her again on any of my insurance water claims. I need to send her a fire job.
I'm glad she will drive to Mesa, Tempe, or Scottsdale for my clients.

Do not use this company. If you don’t care about them being on time or caring about there work being clean or leaving drywall foot prints all over your house and driveway, nails in my driveway and the street then this is your company. Tyson was unprofessional and non responsive. I wish I could give zero stars. I’m an easy going guy just call and show up when you’re supposed to and take pride in your work. Not asking too much. Seeing all the reviews I’m betting they “won’t find me in there records” but seems to be a reoccurring problem I wish I would’ve read the reviews before letting them work on my house.

I asked for a quote online, and was contacted almost immediately. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, and gave excellent information for my situation.
