We had a disastrous tub overflow at our home while it was being rented.
Our notice was guest say water coming out of ceiling
We are out of the country so I googled and found servpro mesa
I spoke with Bridget and explained the problem and that I was out of the country she went into action. They were at our home within the hour.
Our representative met them at our home, they set up and began the clean up process.
When that was completed and drying was to their approved rate we spoke with Paul and Adam who gave us a competitive quote. Keep in mind we received quotes from 5 different contractors. We choose servpro to do the restoration work and could not have made a better choice. We just got pictures of the completed job and WOW you can not tell that work was ever done. No Patch marks, paint was a perfect match we could not be happier and all was done from 4000 miles away.

I might also mention although it is a National name they are a family owned Franchise.

This company did my restoration and seemingly did a fine job, however they broke my garbage disposal and have been unresponsive about fixing it since they have been paid. I have emailed the crew chief Julian (no response) the billing team (Lacee who actually responded once and forward to Julian's supervisor but he/she did not contact me). Several other emails to the company about this have been ignored. They seem to take off as soon as a check is cut for their services, ignoring what they broke. Avoid.

800 board up was fantastic. Not only did they get to our business within an hour of our call.... woman drove into our veterinary clinic, all was ok thankfully...and had the work done and cleaned up within 90 minutes. Thank you guys for being so helpful. Dr. Thomasson

Bingham was recommended by the plumbing company that came out. I'll tell you I'm sure glad. Jason was in our home with a couple hrs. Jason explained everything so well, I knew I had nothing to worry about with Bingham. Everyone that came into my home was very professional. I highly recommend Bingham for your unforseen disasters.

They were assigned to our home owners claim for a roof leak as we had some water damage in several places in our home office.
They came out and did an estimate for drywall repair and a few other issues related to the water damage. It was going to be about $2k to fix, $1k I would be responsible for due to the deductible. That's fine, makes sense and we all agreed.
When they came to fix it, they were only there a few hours and did not replace any drywall, just stripped off the bad paint and repainted it.
Most places would have charged a few hundred for that. I called them and explained that they didn't do even half of what was quoted. They indicated that there is a minimum charge to have a drywall person come out even if they don't replace it and it was around $400-$500 for that charge (I can't remember exactly, but something outrageous). Fine, but even if you have $500 for the drywall labor, you maybe have 2 small cans of paint for $75 total, paint brushes a couple bucks each, lets go with misc supplies at $100 total to cover bases. I am not seeing $2k worth of work, or even $1k. They never refunded any of it.
They are shysters and I would definitely never use them again. Very disappointed.

These are guys are the best .they handled everything professionally and put us at ease in a stressful situation .they were quick and informative everytime they came to check on our dry out .timothy smith the field supervisor was beyond amazing with his help .thanks again guys
