The attention to detail from Kenny was fantastic as well as the communication and deliverable of the remodel. I would highly recommend Acuity and happen to be calling them again to assist us in repair after a more minor leak this time but definitely a job I know they will deliver on and do so in a timely manner.

Coit cleaned our tile flooring after tenants failed to clean them for several years! The worker who initially came to perform the work was more into his iPhone than the job. His workmanship did not meet my expectations of cleanliness. After he left I called Coit and told them I wasn't satisfied! They sent two men out who not only cleaned the flooring to perfection but also repaired a broken tile and some grout which was damaged previously by Stanley Steamer! They stand behind their Satisfaction Guarantee! Excellent work and thank you Coit!

He was very knowledgeable and professional and was always there when we had a question. All of his workmen were nice to work with. We never minded having them in our home. Guillermo is an exceptional tile man, a true artisan. We were very pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration work.
