Absolutely outstanding!! Our hot water heater was apparently not installed correctly some time ago ~ which did not allow the pressure valve to release unfortunately this caused our hot water heater heater to burst. Dan was our project manager he handled our job with with absolutely outstanding professional service he arrived within 1/2 after I called him immediately diagnosing the situation and getting everything under control. We were informed about every aspect of the if they whole process he handled our home as if it was his home. The work area was always kept safe and extremely clean he throughly checked for additional water damage and also returned to ensure the area was drying out properly instead of just doing “ the minimal to get you by and we will leave these fans running until we get back sometime “ he went above and beyond to ensure that our project was done correctly. I am very very pleased.

These guys need a shoutout. Had a couple projects that needed cleaned up in the house and had Servpro of Thunderbird Valley come out and did a fantastic job. Not only did they do an amazing job, they were very professional and even sent a follow up thank you card for choosing them. Highly recommended if you need any work done in your home, or God forbid have a disaster and need a great crew to come take care of it. If you experience a disaster of any kind to your home or business Go To Services, Inc. is the best! My business flooded from a burst pipe and having had bad experiences with a prior service company I asked a friend who i should call. Go To Services arrived within 30 minutes with an army of skilled workers carry massive amounts of equipment to handle the job. They knew just what to do and even helped me through the insurance claim process. I was able to keep my business going and was fully operation by the time the insurance adjuster had arrived! Avoid this company. The work performed was ok, but dishonest representation. They wanted to get the most out of the insurance company so they ripped the place more than it was necessary. They also, were not forthcoming on the bill and charges to the home owner. DO NOT SIGN any contracts on the IPAD. Get a copy first. The Rep will say anything to get the contract.

Our townhouse had extensive water damage from the ceiling, through the walls and floors due to an intensive monsoon in July 2020. Our insurance company was unresponsive, so we directly engaged Dan and Concept Restoration to remove damaged drywall, ceilings and insulation. They also brought in fans to dry out the house and prevent mold. We truly appreciated their professionalism and rapid response to our emergency. In addition to the hard work, Dan provided very useful advice for dealing with our insurance company and HOA. They provided many photos that helped document the water damage and their remediation work. We highly recommend Dan and Concept Restoration.

When a pipe under my kitchen sink burst and flooded my house, I was not only devastated but I felt completely lost. I am extremely fortunate that I found Ryan at Square One Restoration. He immediately put me at ease from the very beginning. His confidence and calm demeanor were extremely reassuring. I was unable to go to a hotel during the reconstruction as I couldn't leave my horses unattended, but Ryan provided daily updates on what work was being done and what time the crews were expected to arrive the next day. I feel like he moved mountains to make sure I was as comfortable as could be expected during this whole process, living in a home that had bare floors, bare walls, no kitchen sink, etc. Whenever I had questions, Ryan was always responsive and patient...no matter how silly my questions may have been.
I would leave for work in the mornings and I would come home to find noticeable progress towards completion each day. Ryan even made sure that his crew knew that my cats were locked in one of the bedrooms and were not to be let out while the construction was being done. He even had a back up plan if one escaped ( shut all the outside doors ASAP ).
Ryan dealt with my insurance adjuster(s), even when they were non-responsive. He politely kept on them to keep things moving. I had an upcoming surgery that would render me practically bed-ridden for awhile so it was imperative that the reconstruction be completed prior. Ryan made it happen. I have practically a brand new home and I am so thankful for how smoothly this whole process went. My home is absolutely GORGEOUS and I have no doubt the outcome would have been very different had I not found Ryan at Square One.
