When my water damage claim happened I was caring for my elderly mother who was recovering from a recent hospital stay, a very sick 19 year old fur-baby, and my husband was away for work. The employees did an EXCELLENT job! They dismantled a large portion of a wall that had an abundance of water within it, dried it all out, conducted a mold inspection, and after the issue was corrected, put everything back like the day they arrived. I HIGHLY recommend Disaster Recovery Restoration for any water issues.

I have to start off by saying customer service is spectacular! From start to finish Holly and Bill stayed in complete communication. I had a water leak some years back in my bathroom, the people that came and took care of it did not really take care of it. I recently replaced the vanity in that bathroom and notice black mold behind the vanity and on the walls. I called Go To Services and they had someone out to my house the next day. They came in and removed the dry wall about 3/4 up the wall and sprayed Kilz on everything in the wall. The people prior did not properly air out the water and causing the mold to grow. BUT this was not the only time Go To Services helped me out! I recently had a room converstion done, adding extra storage space to my home and they were able to put a wall, drywall, and paint in less than 3 days....it was AMAZING! I highly recomend this company and everyone that is involved! way to go GO TO! you have my business from here on out!

Josh, Dan and their team did a repair job on my home including the restoration of our carpet, walls and paint in two rooms, a hallway and two bathrooms. I will say I am happy with the overall quality of the work!

I am admittedly, not an easy person to work for and both Josh and Dan made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. Josh even sent someone to caulk the open grout lines against the walls and vanity even though it was not in the work-scope for our home repair. Hats off to ASAP restoration.
