To remove mold from our 1990s home, I hired their team. After the initial call, they arrived immediately. Our pets weren't harmed by the mold cleaning process. Nice!

After I contacted Restoration 1 when I noticed a leak in my ceiling, someone was at my house within 45 minutes. Jorge, Mario, and the crew were amazing to work with. They were extremely professional and courteous and always on time. Jorge called each day to check in with me and answer any questions I had and to provide me with status updates. He never got frustrated when I asked for clarification on the insurance process.

I went through an extremely stressful situation with water damage in my home recently & from start to finish, Belfor made me feel like a top priority. Rowell was communicative, responsive, and very professional. The jobs were done quickly & they kept me in the loop throughout it all, especially with my complicated work schedule. I was scared my house would be left a huge mess, but they were organized and clean, made sure I felt comfortable with the work they had done, and let me ask any questions I had without judgment. Did some drywall work. Used our garbage (and yard) to dispose of the trash. Left drywall in our side yard, front yard, all down our driveway and to the street then stopped showing up for a week. Said they would show up at certain time and didn't show up about 6 time theought project. Communication and respect for my home would be great. A 2 day project had been 2 weeks and counting. Do your research everyone.

Update. Finished the project. Gave me mismatched shingles without a heads up. Not sure if this is standard but thought others might like to know. I understand the original shingles are faded but the base colors are different. This will not fade out and look better.

ASAP Restoration is an amazing company! I own a rental home in Arizona and reside in Florida. I have issues with water damage, cracked walls, and drainage at my Arizona rental home. Remodeled a home built in the 70s that consisted of asbestos. I called Concept from a recommendation - they came out next day, inspected, and provided a quote to remove all drywall and insulation. They showed up on time, were very clean, communicated well and wrapped up the work on time per the schedule. Great service - great people and great value.

Working with Andy is the best. We had part of our roof blow off during a monsoon storm. He came over and tarped the roof in the rain and began our demo and dryout inside our home that night. He has a lot of knowledge of the insurance process and has the ability to speak their language. He gets things done.

We had an attic water leak 3 days before Thanksgiving. I've never had to use a Restoration company because of home damage before and PuroClean was recommended to us. They showed up before Thanksgiving to get us started with the demo of the damage to the house. They were informative and let us know ahead of time all that was going to happen. Whoever showed up for the day always called ahead of time to inform us they were on their way. They were courteous, respectful, professional and did the work. I would recommend them to anyone needing any inside home demo work.
