We stopped all work when they put the tile down unstaggered. They will take advantage of your kindness and weakness by staying till 10pm on a weekday. Expect you to not bother them on Sunday when they have employees at our house. Agreed to not charge to remove and fix but did not want to pay for replacement tiles. Send only one tile layer . Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone in management. Project manager is the only one to talk to. They also took full payment from our account and the job is incomplete. I am currently waiting for someone to resolve this issue..

We installed about 2/3 of the Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in our son's condo. I felt we needed a little more professional job for the bathroom and kitchen. I got 3 bids. Home Solutionz was the least expensive and the estimator seemed the most professional. The work started promptly and was qickly completed in a little more than one day. We are very pleased with the job.
