Slate Restoration is hands down the best restoration company in Arizona! I had a water pipe break and they were at my office cleaning the mess and getting fans on the carpet within 20 minutes! I am a first time home owner, just moved in about 8 months ago. With that being said, EHS Restoration were extraordinary!! Prompted. Polite. Knowledgeable. Easy to work with. Personal contact. It was overall a GREAT experience in an unfortunate circumstance. Cody was truly a great representative of EHS and it was great to see someone WANTING to help, and not just clocked in to get his paycheck. HIGHLY recommended. They work hard...the way you would want someone to work for you. they worked off what the insurance, and they worked to get the ball rolling with the Claim. If....and I REALLY hope not, but IF this happens again....they will get a call from me. Thank you.

This guy was hired by allstate to check on moisture issues found on a bedroom carpet in my home after a heavy rain..He came in and suggested the claim from allstate to be dropped and advised he could do the work of drying out the area, replace the padding under the carpet and that he would check for the issue causing the leak..
A fan was placed in the area and left overnight..The area was checked the following day and the padding was never replaced and the cause of the damage was never looked into..The charge for using a fan? $300..When he was questioned via email about the work and the charge the entire story of what was going to be done had changed and a breakdown of costs was created in an attempt to justify the $300 charge.
A deceptive and dishonest business that overcharged and didn't do as promised..I would steer clear of this shady businessman..
Allstate was given the information and hopefully, do not use this business for any of their claims issues..

Kevin Frost went out of his way to disassemble my recumbent bike . I have a two story house, he had to disassemble and bring downstairs to be picked up. He was very nice & respectful of me and my home .

Jill and Nicole are excellent at what they do. They are customer service oriented and truly looked out for the safety and health of my clients. I have worked with Lotus on multiple occasions when mold was found during a Real Estate transaction and when a client had water damage from an existing pipe leak in a wall. They got the job done in a timely manner, giving great customer service and making sure everything was done right in the end.
