Restore Master provided a very professional service to me. I would highly recommend them, and I am extremely pleased. Their response time was extremely fast.

Hired Service Master for a clean up after a flood in our kitchen in January 2022. Extensive repairs were needed. They started out to do the deconstruction required, but as time went on they failed to continue the work required. They did not return phone calls to me, or my insurance company. After several weeks of no activity we fired them and hired a different company. The new company completed the job quickly and did a superb job. Never heard back from Service Master. I would never hire them again. I have talked to others in our area that had the same experience with them.

To remove mold from our 1990s home, I hired their team. After the initial call, they arrived immediately. Our pets weren't harmed by the mold cleaning process. Nice!

I have to start off by saying customer service is spectacular! From start to finish Holly and Bill stayed in complete communication. I had a water leak some years back in my bathroom, the people that came and took care of it did not really take care of it. I recently replaced the vanity in that bathroom and notice black mold behind the vanity and on the walls. I called Go To Services and they had someone out to my house the next day. They came in and removed the dry wall about 3/4 up the wall and sprayed Kilz on everything in the wall. The people prior did not properly air out the water and causing the mold to grow. BUT this was not the only time Go To Services helped me out! I recently had a room converstion done, adding extra storage space to my home and they were able to put a wall, drywall, and paint in less than 3 days....it was AMAZING! I highly recomend this company and everyone that is involved! way to go GO TO! you have my business from here on out!

ASAP Restoration did an amazing job at my house. I had two different claims that had to be fixed. A wall leak and a kitchen leak. They came in and did both in a very quick manner. On the wall you cannot tell where the old wall and new wall meet, everything meshes perfectly. In the kitchen they rebuild cabinets, and fixed under the sink. Everything looked wonderful. All the people who came in and helped were professional, timely, and kept me in the loop. The job took two days and they laid out what would happen each day and updated me as well along the way.

I would highly recommend ASAP for any restoration needs!!!

We were unfortunate on two different occasions that pipes burst and flooded parts of our house, and one of them happening on New Years Day. Both cases, Arizona Construction & Restoration were called out to respond to our water damage. They showed up when they said they would be there, and they completed to job on the time line they gave us. Ken Hawk and his team are amazing. They took the nightmare of needing a home restoration and turned it into an amazing remodel experience. My house never looked this good. I was very sceptical at the beginning because all the other 5 Star restoration companies wanted to just rebuild me the same house that I had before, but Ken totally had a vision for transforming my house, and he did just as he promised to do. I was really impressed. Ken's team is amazing to work with. I just need to give a shout out to one member of Ken's team: Saul. I would not trust another human being to do a very minor paint touch up above newly installed beautiful carpet, but I trusted Saul and fixed the minor issue like he always does to perfection. If I ever need another restoration job, Acuity Builders and Construction is the company I would call without a doubt. Thanks for everything Ken.

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.
