I'm currently going through a rebuild process at my home due to water damage that occurred just before Christmas. I expected delays due to the holidays and the process of selecting a general contractor to perform the job. I selected Az Fire & Water due to their reputation and on-line reviews, so far I have not been disappointed with the quality of work and their punctuality, they are always here when they say they are going to be here and even though I had to wait longer than I wanted for them to start the actual rebuild process I really appreciated the fact they were up front with me about how long the whole process would take and so far they have been right on the money with their scheduling. Recently I had Mario out at my place doing the drywall repair, and painting and was not only impressed with how quickly he got the job done but also the quality of work he did; you would have never been able to tell that anything happened with the areas he repaired. In addition, Mario was very nice & polite and I enjoyed our conversations during the 2 days he was working on my Kitchen and living room.

All of the reps who we worked with were so informative. Someone called right away to walk us through the process. Caleb came out initially and Markell came to finalize the process and remove the equipment. Several others stopped by throughout. Each rep made sure that we knew the status and told us that we could call 24/7. We enjoyed working with the entire team. They made an unfortunate event bearable.

Not only did they respond right away and come out late in the evening, but I needed a lot of hand holding, as I have never dealt with a home issue that required me filing a claim through my insurance. Aaron & Jason are very nice & accommodating. It's one of the added bonuses of working with a small, local company. Omg where to start!! We had our drainage pipes replaced because they because it busted all threw out home !! Acuity builders was amazing!!! We had started with a different company with our kitchen, needless to say we didn’t let them go any further! We hired Acuity builders , what a difference between the two companies!! From start to finish , Gaby did our walk through and estimate, answered all questions and dealt with the insurance company!! Matthew was the foreman for a project . Him and his team did a beautiful job on our bedroom and bathroom ! We did some upgrades to our bathroom and our bedroom floor, Mattew gave me an estimate and stuck to it !!! Matthew was very communicated and answered all questions! After 6 months of being out of our home they came in took over like a⭐️ Boss ⭐️and got us home !!! Thank you so much !! What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.
