The owner and an employee came to our house one month ago to give us quotes on building an office space. We never received the quotes even after emailing them to follow up.

After a fire sprinkler pipe broke in my garage, Cesar B was assigned to hang the new drywall, paint, and put up the new light. I could not be more pleased with his attention to detail and how kind he was through the whole process. Cesar goes above and beyond! I hope AZ Fire knows how lucky they are to have him as an employee.

The pipe connected to the sink in our laundry room had hole and we had a minor water flooding problem. I e-mailed this company hoping someone would at least reply my e-mail. Things went extremely well from that point: not only my e-mail was replied almost immediately but a phone call followed right after that, the owner was at our house in about one hour or so to look at the damage.
I had a great first impression and that continued. He quickly set machines to dry the wall, communicated with a contractor to estimate the damage. They negotiated with my insurance company and somehow managed to take care of the bill for us.
It is a wrong story so I omit the detail but a similar thing happened again after a month. I e-mailed Tom Hodge, the owner, and again he took care of all for us. He went extra miles to contact plumber, handyman etc. to quickly resolve the whole problem for us.
It is our strong impression that this is a good company owned by honest hardworking person. If whoever reading this review happen to have water damage, I can easily say that this is the company to call.

I contacted the Water Mold Fire Restoration about a water damage claim and they came out very quickly. Their staff was all very polite, competent, and professional. They took care to protect the carpets and floors outside of the working areas. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work.

This team has been so incredible taking care of pack outs and deliveries. My house flooded and that same day we had a team here helping us manage and move everything in the affected areas. After searching all day for an emergency company who could help me fix my leaking toilet I decided to go with this company. My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

They have asked me to leave a review with the work they done, since my friend does not have an Google account. A friend of mine with the service this company did for him. Fantastic work from Ciryus he was on time and very professional during this loss. His boss Rowell was very on top of things and kept updating my friend loss at the house. Would highly recommend them for anything!

Be careful working with this company if you are a temporary worker. They love to exercise their power over you.

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
