Our toilet leaked (from the bottom) and the bathroom had to be torn up to contain the mold and bacteria. When they first tore it up, I didn't think there was any way it would look the same.

We had three different guys come out for this project. The work was phenomenal--it looks like nothing ever happened. But all three of the guys were high quality people. They were prompt, cordial, professional, and any other superlative I can think to attach. They took care to do it right.

When a pipe under my kitchen sink burst and flooded my house, I was not only devastated but I felt completely lost. I am extremely fortunate that I found Ryan at Square One Restoration. He immediately put me at ease from the very beginning. His confidence and calm demeanor were extremely reassuring. I was unable to go to a hotel during the reconstruction as I couldn't leave my horses unattended, but Ryan provided daily updates on what work was being done and what time the crews were expected to arrive the next day. I feel like he moved mountains to make sure I was as comfortable as could be expected during this whole process, living in a home that had bare floors, bare walls, no kitchen sink, etc. Whenever I had questions, Ryan was always responsive and patient...no matter how silly my questions may have been.
I would leave for work in the mornings and I would come home to find noticeable progress towards completion each day. Ryan even made sure that his crew knew that my cats were locked in one of the bedrooms and were not to be let out while the construction was being done. He even had a back up plan if one escaped ( shut all the outside doors ASAP ).
Ryan dealt with my insurance adjuster(s), even when they were non-responsive. He politely kept on them to keep things moving. I had an upcoming surgery that would render me practically bed-ridden for awhile so it was imperative that the reconstruction be completed prior. Ryan made it happen. I have practically a brand new home and I am so thankful for how smoothly this whole process went. My home is absolutely GORGEOUS and I have no doubt the outcome would have been very different had I not found Ryan at Square One.

I am so pleased with the result of my kitchen renovation needed after water damage. The general contractor, Ken, closely monitored every phase of the project. The workmen he sent over for demo, flooring, cabinets, countertops, painting, and other jobs were friendly, professional, and completed their tasks in the estimated time. Ken was also a tremendous help in reviewing with me the insurance company's complex claim form. Good job, Acuity!! I would highly recommend Acuity Builders & Construction.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

I had water damage and asbestos in my walls. Bryan was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding the process. They got in and completed the abatement quickly and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend their services!

Very professional responsive and always on time

Bryan and Juan were awesome! They showed up within an hour of being called. My hot water heater was leaking and had caused water damage. They promptly removed the heater and wet drywall and carpet pad. Set up fans and filters to start drying everything out. Bryan told me what the process would be step by step. Both were kind, helpful and professional. They came by every day to check on the drying progress and reinstalled the hot water heater once everything was dried. Bingham restoration was recommended to me and I'm so glad I went with them!
