Jacob Hough and Chandler Noel where very nice and did an awesome job. They secured by Arcadia door and I feel much safer. Two months have gone by and still no Arcadia door. I'm looking at plywood still and tired of looking at it. Why isn't it fixed yet?

I have to start off by saying customer service is spectacular! From start to finish Holly and Bill stayed in complete communication. I had a water leak some years back in my bathroom, the people that came and took care of it did not really take care of it. I recently replaced the vanity in that bathroom and notice black mold behind the vanity and on the walls. I called Go To Services and they had someone out to my house the next day. They came in and removed the dry wall about 3/4 up the wall and sprayed Kilz on everything in the wall. The people prior did not properly air out the water and causing the mold to grow. BUT this was not the only time Go To Services helped me out! I recently had a room converstion done, adding extra storage space to my home and they were able to put a wall, drywall, and paint in less than 3 days....it was AMAZING! I highly recomend this company and everyone that is involved! way to go GO TO! you have my business from here on out!

Aaron from ZonaRestoration went above and beyond to get my house back to normal after flood and mild damage, in the shortest amount of time. Zona did an immaculate job, took attention to detail and were punctual and reliable. I've had flood damage before and the previous company did not even come close to Zonas standards! I know and appreciate the difference Zona makes in their customer service. If they say they show up at x date/time, they do! If they say they will call, they do!
They have handled my highly uncooperative insurance company with grace and I feel truly sorry they received the run-around from said insurance company. Despite Zona having trouble with my insurance company, they were a class act company and delivered! Thank you. I can highly recommend calling them in time of need!

Very happy with the work that Acuity completed at our house. We had a roof leak that occurred due to a moved condensation line. This resulted in water damage to the interior. The owner Kenny and the Superintendent assigned to our project did a great job communicating throughout. Very happy with the quality of the work and the finished product looks better than it did before the damage.

Clean up was fast and they got drying equipment running the same night. They did the demolition efficiently and got my kitchen put back together in less than two weeks.
