I had an 815 appointment. I got a call from the service provider at 815 that he would be late due to a meeting. He arrived by 830 and completed 2 minor tasks by 900, at which point he told me he had a 930 appointment that he didn't want to be late to. I had been told when I called to schedule service that $175 included 2 hours labor. I got 30 minutes labor for $175, not a good value for my money.

We have been trying to replace our handyman who retired. It has been a rough year. We could not find a reliable replacement. We came across Sonoran spoke to Yasser who we liked immediately. Not only was he professional, but very knowledgeable about working with property management. I thought our old handyman was great. But Sonoran and Yasser has turned out to be even better. He scheduled with tenants and keeps us informed through the whole process. We know exactly when repair is scheduled and completed. It has made tracking repairs on each property a breeze. I would recommend this company if you are looking to make life easier. Especially if you have several projects or properties.

Jeremy the Handyman reinvented the industry standard. They do it by establishing trust with me as a client. A promise is made and it's kept until the job is finished. I continue to use their service from everything including painting, fan installation, and as of late my bedroom remodel. The skills needed to repair and fix my house problems, I do not possess. Everyone is qualified but the best part...happy go lucky attitude. So refreshing in the world today. House fixes or repairs the problem? I'm in the east valley between Scottsdale and Gilbert, AZ but I'm sure glad to find Jeremy the Handyman, his wife in the office works a crazy filled schedule constantly so thanks to her!

My doorknob on my security door broke and I couldn't use my front door at all. Eddy happened to be 15 minutes away and he immediately took time out of his day, came and in short order removed the #@!! knob. Thank you, Eddy, it's a pleasure to be able to come and go through the front door...what a concept.

Used the handyman service from this business and was incredibly impressed. They were incredibly prompt, friendly, and professional. I had a few major projects and they completed them all quickly and in a satisfactory manner. Highly recommend!

Called Desert Ridge Handyman about a job to hang up 6 ceiling fans in our home. Responded back with a quick (accurate and fair) quote after some questions for more details. Showed up on time (had Connor on his team too, to help), was very polite and respected schedule / certain requests, etc. Couldn’t have done a better job overall. Did very clean, quality work.
