Just finished the mitigation process with my water damage issue. The technicians Chris, Aldo and Edward were amazingly fantastic. I woke up to my problem early in the morning and called my insurance. They got the claim to Servpro with in minutes and Carrie from Servpro called me to get some details on what would be need we to start the clean up process. With in an hr Chris and Aldo showed up. I was in a state of confusion and lost as to what was going on. I felt like my livelihood was falling out from underneath me and didn’t know what I was gonna do with myself or my animals while all this was going on. Chris and Aldo reassured me everything would be fine and explained what they were doing. If I had questions they answered them. They understood the stress I was going through as a home owner going through something like this. In the days that followed Chris or Edward would come by daily and monitor the dry out and kept me very informed what was going on. Carrie works in the office and was amazing communicating with me daily with scheduling and making sure I was doing okay. They all really made me feel great on this process. I. Any day enough about them all. They really know how to help a person on a bad day. Now for the restoration process tbd.

Work was completed in a very thorough and professional manner. They Vacuumed And cleaned after removing wallboard. They communicated During each step of the work. They were also polite and respectful.

After they cashed the check from the insurance company they asked for a deposit of 50% and deductible. We have only been waiting since EARLY November to get the work completed. They are unorganized and unprofessional!! Holly the VP is a complete Karen. They canceled the contract because they were questioned on their shady practices!! Yeah, this will be a complaint to the ROC. This company shouldn't be working with the public especially anyone grieving from a loss of a family member!!!

My husband and I have been putting off getting our bathroom remodeled due to no availability and expensive cost from other vendors. We then we’re referred from a friend to try Quick Restore. Jon helped us out with the whole process and was responsive and great to work with. We got our bathroom remodeled exactly how we wanted it to right away. I couldn’t believe the cost difference. So happy with the finished product!

This is an excellent company! The manager came out and looked at our leak, decided it was a siding issue, and left us with a reasonable quote. He was so honest and helpful and I didn't feel like I had to hand over my first born to get the job done. This is the first time I've felt this way about a contractor's bid since moving here. I will go back to this roofing company with any other projects I need completed. I believe they do much more than roofing.

Ray at Arizona HydroPro is a true professional and was able to quickly and efficiently resolve a second floor tub leak, which caused significant damage to our property. He diagnosed the issue and helped put the pieces back together for us. We are so grateful!

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.
