J & M Plumbing

All I asked them to do was find the leak I could see on my water meter. They said they'd have to replace all the plumbing to find it, but they'd give me a good deal to replace old pipes, find the leak, put in a new outside faucet, and insulated the pipes and replace the siding removed. They wanted $550 cash for parts. They returned with 90 feet of tubing and some connectors. They said it cost them $537, but they had no receipt. Then they replaced the pipes, but forgot to insulate them, as agreed. The pipes froze that night, and I got under the house and insulated them myself. When they left, they said they'd return to finish the next day. The plumbing was still leaking after $2000 spent! But, since I'd already paid them, they never returned. After more calls and threats, I gave up asking them to come back and hired another plumber to find the leak.

Called J & M Plumbing for estimate on a clogged sewer line. They were the most reasonable than the other 4 that I called. The plumber Eric came to my house within a couple of hours. Cleaned out the clean out and was done. Very friendly, knows what he is doing. I think I found my plumber for later use. Thanks J & M Plumbing.

Have not received good service. Plumbers totally blew first appointment. No phone call or anything. Second appointment, they showed up late although they did call, but then installed wrong faucet. Don't seem to care about their work. Called back today at 2:15pm and call was taken by rude female employee telling me everyone was at lunch. No offer to take a message or anything. Not impressed. Guess what? I'm busy too.Update: 3rd time is the charm. They came back and replaced the faucet with the correct one. I am raising my review to 3 stars.

Eric and crew did an outstanding job. informative these guys ROCKED!!! I highly recommend them to anyone. got my sewer line unclogged.
