We feel that the situation could have been handled better and that honesty is very important. Please note: this is just our opinion based off of a one time experience.

Anthony, The Plumber From Down Under, is a gem! Unlike the other 9 companies that I tried contacting, Anthony actually made it easy for me to replace my water heater under warranty. His response time was amazing. His pricing was uncomplicated & transparent & he gave me great value for what he charged! He’s obviously very experienced - his work was impeccable. He’s such a personable, honest person, truly a pleasure to do business with. This guy really stands out!

Jane in the office is incredibly responsive and makes sure you know when to expect the service techs to arrive and what to expect when it comes to pricing. They take care of my and my mother’s personal properties as well as all of my real estate clients and they all have amazing things to say about them as well!

Very impressed with Hertel Hardware & Plumbing. The main line in my basement was clogged (super gross) and they were able to send a team out right away.
