Alberto helped us with short notice on a Saturday morning to replace a toilet at one of our apartment buildings. He was professional, responsive, on time, and resolved the problem quickly. We definitely plan use this company again. A great first experience.

Brad was great at thoroughly explaining everything and got my a/c up & running in hardly any time. He had all the parts he needed. I will probably use them in the future to service the units

My wallet is sad because no one enjoys paying for home improvements, especially $6k worth, but they couldn’t have sent a better installer my way. Danny was so pleasant, he explained everything he was doing and even made sure I knew I could apply for a rebate with the gas company. I don’t think he was going to take a break from the hard work but I bribed him with a sub sandwich from Firehouse Subs 😁. I would say he was at my home for over 6 hours and when I asked if he got to go home now, he said he was headed out to help with other needed work. I think a customer should get to nominate an MVP for installers, and my vote goes to Danny. Give him a raise, he sure deserves it!

Matt came out promptly and his level of competence was apparent. We then called him out for another job the next day. . I would recommend him any day! His prices are reasonable and fair.

Excellent service! I had a different company come out and tell me we would have to tear up the floor to fix a leaking toilet after only running a snake without camera, but I opted for a second opinion and it was the best thing! James and his boys identified the problem and seen the inner plumbing was broken beneath the toilet! They accessed the area by removing the toilet, checked for leaks around the base, even checked the drainage leading to the sewer and fixed the problem! Super affordable, non invasive, and competent! I’ll never go anywhere else! I saved a bunch of money not needing a new toilet.

These guys ruined bacon for me. The grampa that showed up couldn’t fix the issue, forgot to clean up the mess he made but didn’t forget to charge me the full amount. I don’t expect a drain cleaner to have classy manners, but this dude was all around rude and ignorant, not to mention his less than ideal hygiene. Long story short, had to call another plumbing company, who were able to fix the issue under five minutes, were friendly, charged much less and didn't reek of booze in the early afternoon. Not sure what all the good reviews here are from, I’m surprised these guys have customers at all.

We had a drain clog at the clean-out/backflow flapper for a waste water branch line for our lower level bathroom. Tony provided an estimated cost and confirmed the appointment via text immediately and scheduled a service call for the next day. His drain specialist (Kyle) was prompt and professional in clearing our waste water drain. Best of all, the actual cost was less than the estimate. I will certainly recommend Tony's Plumbing for this type of service.

February 8, 2018 This guy got his Man feelings hurt when I passed him and merged in front of him on the 405 South Fwy this morning at approximately 7:50AM. It wasn't like I cut him off or anything, he didn't even have to tap on his break, but the next thing I knew he was flipping me the bird behind me then he changed lanes sped up to get on the side of me to flip me off some more. Very stupid Van # 1851 or 1051 to insert yourself in road rage with you phone number on the van. Next time don't drive like a snail on the freeway and make everyone have to change lanes to pass you, if you can't handle it...Makes me think what else he would come unhinged over. Good job Service 1st.
