I called Hall Well & Plumbing today for a water heater leak at my Salon. without water we can't do business. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They had our issue fixed and a new water heater installed in no time! We are extremely thankful for their assistance and quick response which let us continue operations as normal! Joe was THE BEST PLUMBER I have ever met. Work was done promptly, he was professional, he explained everything that was done, took the time to give me some recommendations and overall was just SUPER. Hate hiring plumbers because they charge almost as much as a blood sucking attorney, but I didn't feel violated when this plumber billed me and finished the straight forward installation that would have taken me 10 times as long to do myself. So I would recomend them and call the company again if I had an issue.

I had an inducer motor diagnosed and replaced. I was charged an exuberant amount. I asked for a price breakdown and found out that I was charged 3 hours for a one hour job @$110/hr. When I called for a price breakdown, I told them the tech was at my residence for 60 mins tops. I was told the tech would call me back and he never did. The owner may do good work and is reasonable, but not the people working for him.

We had a pipe leak and decided to repipe the house with pex. Chris came out the same day we had the leak, gave us a quote and started the job a few days later. It took the crew one day to complete the repipe and one day to drywall and patch all the holes. Incredible efficiency, professionalism, and quality. Highly recommend!

My mother-in-law's main sewer line was blocked. We called hnh in the evening and Matthew came out, as promised, at 9:45 the next morning. He was able to find and remove the blockage. Matthew was super professional and the invoice was less than MIL was expecting. Highly recommend!

Canceled 1st appointment at last minute, after we had to miss work to meet him. Then the next day he requested we send him 85.00 via Venmo and pictures of our toilet. Then he was a no-show on Friday. Then he tells our Warranty Company that we no-showed. We hired a professional Plumbing company to resolve the broken bolt. HORRIBLE COMPANY ‘ON TIME PLUMBING’

Wiring left exposed from the air conditioning unit. Too long before they came, in October, to install. My furnace filled with water because a valve wasn't covered. Flooded my cellar. Take forever to return phone calls , messages. You get what u pay for and the price was the lowest

They do good work but their response time is terrible. I am waiting to finish two bathrooms since September. They either dont show up, leave early for another customer, don't call back when you leave a message. they were supposed to come Friday. I had old them I would call when I got home from fixing my car. I called and left 3 messages and they never called back. Part of the problem is they need to see my apartment manager who was responsible for changing one date. My job is not huge but it is still expensive. My old plumber would have been to the apartment at 7:00 am, but I cant use him because this is a highrise.
