Thanks guys! Rick responded to a backed up sewer that happened this morning after a call into our protection plan. They were here by mid-day, efficient, polite and got the job done. Also offered some practical advice for how we can try to avoid future issues. John in the office was empathetic and quick to help out this mom of 5 get the water flowing again!

Rick Brennan is a very professional plumber And the mayor of Munhall, where i live. M water heater blew yesterday and Rick was here 15 minutes after i called! Crag is here right now installing a new heater and he is very professional, Thaks guys!

Park Plumbing helped me in a timely fashion. I did a load of laundry and noticed water running out from behind dryer. Called Park Plumbing because they are a local business and I read great reviews. They came out a fixed my problem in no time. I'm very happy with the service and the gentlemen from Park Plumbing! I definately will use again.

Excellent service. They came out on short notice and did a tremendous job figuring out the issue and worked hard to fix the pipes. Communication was great and kept us up to date with the status of the job. They did an excellent job cleaning up as well.

I called them for a bathroom leak, I paid them over $2000 and they never came back and completed the job. They stopped the leak and that was it. I kept calling and they kept saying they would come back and they never did. I still have a hole in that wall and can’t use that shower. They should be ashamed of themselves, I am a single mom putting a son through college and paying all the bills on my own.

The plumber that visited us from park plumbing was good and knowledgeable, but word of caution to those who decide to use park plumbing,... check the bill thoroughly because they will overcharge you for hours on site, or tell you that it's travel time to pick up parts. Buyer beware.

THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY DID SLOPPY WORK AND DIDN'T CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES AS WELL AS DAMAGING THE PRODUCT THAT I PURCHASED. DON'T CALL THEM!

Said they would show up. Never did. Unreliable. Do not use this company. How hard is it to pick up a phone and say something came up?

I've used them for years, on the recommendation of the previous owner of my house, who used them for years. They always come through and they're nice people, too.

I needed a new water heater, and Park Plumbing was one of the first places I called due to their nearby location. They offered an estimate over the phone and let me know when they could come for the install. The estimate was much lower than competitors and very reasonable compared to my expectation. At first, they couldn't come for a few days but had a cancellation after we spoke, called me back, and were able to come the same day. Friendly and attentive. Highly recommend and will call first for future plumbing needs.
