Our 25+year old AC and furnace units quit working last week. We contacted TUDI Mechanical Service to see if it was repairable. They gave us information on several options for repair and for a new system. Within in days we had an appointment with a sales rep (Mr. August Wagner) who presented us with facts, options and no pressure to purchase! We decided the best option for us was to replace our AC and Heating units.
Within a week we had an appointment for the installation. Russ and Cody arrived at 7:30 am and began to remove our old system. Buy 2:30 we had a new heating and AC system up and running. We were impressed with Russ and Cody's knowledge, professionalism and kindness! Simply top notch.

Newark Plumbing did an excellent job for me. My water heater was producing some strange noises, so I decided to schedule an inspection. The first lady who answered the phone was quite helpful in scheduling an appointment that worked well for me. When Rena visited my house, we discussed my worries about the hot water heater and agreed that replacing it was the best option. I needed prices on replacing two water valves in my house, so I contacted Rena about that, too. Not only was Rena professional, but he also patiently listened to my issues and addressed my questions with insight and clarity. That made me feel much better, and I think the estimate is spot on. The job was set to begin in two days' time. Install day was the first time I met Jonathan, and it was a delight. Jonathan, like Rena, was really kind and professional, and he answered all of my questions thoroughly and helpfully. The standard of their work has left a lasting impression on me. The shiny copper pipe and the perfectly soldered connections make it look like a work of art. I'm relieved to have finally located Newark Plumbing. Nothing worse than a backed up sewer on a Saturday with company coming over. After calling several companies, Shoreline Plumbing came through quickly! Carlos was courteous and answered all my questions. In the end he was able to find the problem-a broken connection at the city connection that caused baby wipes to get caught. I got the line cleared out and now know what to do next. PS, don't flush any type of wipes down the toilet!!
