Love this company. They are so nice - from the person who books appointments to the plumbers who show up (in my case both times I had issues) the day I called, on time and in a great mood. Diagnosed and fixed both of my separate issues right away. Didn't waste time, good knowledge, followup and prices. I would definitely recommend over and over again. They are the best I have used in the Twin Cities. Oh and very COVID conscious too. AWESOME company.

The Drain Smith did a rough in plumbing. They showed up on time and finished when they said they were going to finish. The employees helped me through a few issues and gave me suggestions i wasn’t thinking about. I definitely recommend!

We had an issues with the product location. On the App, the product was listed in different locations which made it a bit confusing when trying to find it.

I thought I'd be paying so much more and it would take forever to fix a huge pipe-burst and all the related damage. I went upstairs to get my checkbook. I couldn't have been gone for more than ten minutes. When I walked back downstairs, HE WAS DONE! I kid you not.The design was much smarter too. I'm certain the chances of this pipe bursting are much less now. He pays attention to detail. I was sure I'd pay much more for that. The fact is, I paid much less. Don't tell him that! A plumber with creativity, detail oriented, and the right price? I cannot believe it. If he tells you to do something, you probably should. Experience counts. TY!

Michael was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, easily figured out why my sink was draining in to my dishwasher. He also recognized other potential problems with our 20+ under sink and explained them to me and showed me photos. He genuinely was not trying to upsell me, he just kindly educated me what potential issues we might have in the near future. He was the first plumber ever to bring a cleaning agent and clean my under cabinet before putting all my stuff back in. They were able to schedule my appointment within 3 hours and communicated when he was 20 minutes away. I am highly satisfied.

Ismael the plumber showed up on time and even called 30 minutes before hand to inform me that he was in route. As soon as Ismael arrived impressed by his presentation by handing me his business card and putting on shoe covers before entering my phone WOW that was awesome. Ismael diagnosed my plumbing problem and was very fast and efficient in getting my kitchen sink draining. Ismael was very clean and I was happy with the price. The drain on the side of our house was blocked solid, the water was over 4 inches deep and it was rising towards the dining room doors. Awesome people & awesome service! Called Nood Plumber last week to check out low water pressure issue in our master shower yesterday. Their tech came out on time, assessed the issue, provided a fair quote and fixed it efficiently. He also made sure to clean up the worksite after the work was done. I’m very happy to recommend Nood Plumber and would certainly call them again when I need a plumbing service.

Just purchased my home in Riverside and I needed some repairs to be done. Called Oscar and he came over and addressed all my issues. He was able to give me a reasonable estimate and completed the job professionally. All I can say is wife is happy, so happy wife happy life.

I Called DanRu after receiving a flyer in the mail for a $66 drain cleaning special with free camera inspection. According to the mail out is says Honest and reliable at affordable rates. I had two different addresses with drainage issues so I had them evaluate both. On the first property the initial employee came out and stated you probably have a broken pipe since this is the lowest point of the house.(ESP?) After that he started the snaking process. Shortly after the second man came through with the camera to inspect. (The Salesman) He ran the scope down the pipe and said the pipes were deteriorating and cracked shutting off flow and would need a total repiping job of 45 to 50 feet costing $13,475 to replace. On the second property the first technician started the snaking process. I was talking to the salesman and he said to his counterpart hey I didn’t want you to go that far. Question? Why was he scared maybe he might actually go in far enough to actually clear the clog? I was told the wallboard under the sink would have to be cut out to get to the bathtub piping to repair and would need a hydro jet to clear. When I originally called in for the appointment I asked have you been in business long she responded yes for a very long time. I went to better business Website and it shows about one year. I obviously thought I needed further input and evaluation from other knowledgeable sources. Especially when every cover cap they looked at was not put back on and dirty gloves at every site left behind and dirty filthy hand marks on by walls where they held on to them when getting up that I had to clean leaving me a mess everywhere and splatters from the machine. Nothing was resecured that they touched including leaving the backyard gate wide open as they left. It turned out by hiring someone else was the smart move. I hope Yelp lets me attach pictures showing the drastic roots that were removed. According to DanRu pipe was broken and couldn’t do anything but replace. If that is the case how come I could draw roots and now everything drains like a tornado ? All I can say is before you get that $10,000 to $20,000 estimate you need to keep an open mind to other possibilities. I really hate to write this as both employees are so personable but on the other hand I don’t want someone to have to pay amounts like quoted if there are other options!
