I absolutely love this place. Woke up this morning to no hot water, to make things worse my water heater heater was leaking, Called this company at about 630 in the morning in a complete panic not expecting anybody to answer. Miguel answered the phone, was not pushy at all, referred me to the website to schedule an appointment. Not even an hour later received a phone call to confirm. Robert came over and suggested a tankless water heater, explained the pros and cons. I felt the tankless was a perfect fit for me. To make a long story short, I had a great experience with this company, and i' m loving my new tankless. Great job Quick Water Heater.

I am very impressed; I have had my share of companies who I have had a bad experience with. This company was responsive and gave me same day service. They came to the house and had to leave for parts but returned to finish the same evening. I did not skip a beat as I work from home in an upstairs office and I was good to.

They came out and did a great job replacing my faulty water heater. They made sure everything was up to code, and in good operating condition before he left. Job was done quickly, reasonably priced, and he left everything nicer than he found it. Thanks.

I really wanted to share my great experiences with Custom Filtration & Plumbing Company. It started late on a Friday night with my daughter's plumbing emergency. Cody came to our rescue to replace a bathtub shut off valve that would not turn off. He was great! Today, Justin came to replace the shut off valve for our house and a rear outside faucet. My experience with John was outstanding, he came on time and jumped right onto the problem. Leo did a great job fixing my leaking tub faucet cleanly, thoroughly, and correctly. He used an OEM part replacement that he had on hand to fix my valve. I appreciated his explanations and learned a good amount too. He even caulked some old unused pipes left by a previous contractor, even though it had nothing to do with my leaking faucet.

On a Thursday we had an in-home line gas leak and the gas co shut us off. Randy did the estimate the same day as the shut off and told us he could do the work on that Sunday. He called back within a few hours and said he'd do it before the holiday, it was Memorial Day weekend. He came the next day (Friday) and did a great job all by himself. I truly appreciate the job and effort he did going above and beyond. I would recommend to anyone and will call again when needed. THANK YOU:) 5 + stars

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with these guys. Mike came out and did the most detailed Scope of work and assessed our entire home, attic, and basement. He went over everything in absolute detail for us and made us feel informed and able to make an educated decision. He also gave us numerous options and communicated perfectly from start to finish.
Myles and Chris were our technicians that did the full install over two days. To say I was impressed is an understatement. These guys knew what they were talking about, made me feel extremely comfortable while they were working, were clean, and educated me along the way. We have two dogs and two cats; and these guys even made the animals feel important and special. I’m a forever customer with Go Green due to these three men and their professionalism, expertise, and communication.

DMC is the most professional , friendly ,efficient family owned business I have ever come across. Talk about on time they were waiting for me. The project was completed faster than expected Cleanliness was a priority . Installers and technicians were professional and friendly. Sean and John worked right along side their guys. They are not related but I felt like Part of their family. This is Definitely family I would not hesitate to call for anything related to their field of expertise. Chris was sent out by First American Home Warranty, and the work completed was poor. He claimed that a broken hose bib was not covered by warranty due to “improper installation” and charged me $375 to break the stucco and replace the bib. He told me he does not re-patch stucco and someone else would come out for $300 to $500 to replace that.

No more than 5 days later, water appears in my garage and Chris refuses to answer texts or phone calls. One time I got him on a call and he abruptly said “I’m slammed this week, how about next?”. Before I could confirm a follow-up appointment, the call was disconnected and I never got him back on the line.

Some time later, the amazing staff at Modern Plumbing Industries corrected the issue for only $300, including repatching and painting the stucco. They found all sorts of errors with Chris’ work, including the wrong sized fittings and poor craftsmanship.

Like the other reviews say, stay far away. This guy can’t keep up with running his business and frankly puts out terrible service when it comes to those with home warranties covering the costs.
