Tobias was right on time and got right to work. Totally professional and friendly In demeanor as he gave me confidence and explained/answered all my water heater questions pleasantly and thoroughly. I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. In less than a day, Tobias was at my house and now I’ve got a new, up to code water heater and feel safer now that my old one is gone. Reasonably-priced service also.

I was referred to Olson Superior Plumbing by my daughter. She's had work done by them and has been very pleased. Joshua came out to my mother's home to work on a gas leak. I was concerned about the gas leak and Joshua was excellent at communicating with me by phone of the status of his findings. He also communicated very well with my elderly mother. I was pleased with the work from their quick response to my initial call all the way to the completion of the project. I will be using them again.

I thought I had a water tank leaking in my garage and they tracked down the real source of the leak, which was from a totally different area. Quick response, handled and repaired it right away while keeping me informed of what needed to be done and the cost. Highly recommend they worked us in as quick as they could when everyone else told us 2 months out. The replaced my main water line into the house whole they where there they fixed a leaky faucet and ended up not having water pressure in my tub they stayed took extra time to flush the lines out and get it working again. Price was very reasonable. Will be using for all my plumbing needs. And the guys that showed up were extremely helpful. Every person I had the pleasure of meeting or talking to were very professional and very nice people

I had spent a lot of money with some of the better-known plumbing companies who were not able to properly diagnose why we were having plumbing issues. I called Bethany Plumbing, Matt arrived on time. He cleared the sewage line and found the underlying cause of all our sewage issues by using his camera equipment. I am disappointed that some of the well-known plumbing company could not figure out the root cause after coming out multiple times.

Matt then referred me to a business he partners with to help me resolve the sewage issue. He also went out of his way and fixed an issue unrelated to my service call. Excellent service I am pleased!
