I found my plumber. In the last 3 months I’ve had 3 different plumbing companies trying to figure out why we kept losing hot water. Not only did the other companies not identify my issue which in result I missed the deadline to my home warranty to replace my water hater…..Zack showed up and he was able to identify the issue. Not only is he sweet and patient, but I was impressed with his knowledge and ease to explain it to us. Zack provide many options and was not there to make a sale.The installation portion went smooth. They did such an amazing job. They also relocated our water spigot that was inside our garage to the outside of the house. I am very happy we found this company. Olson Superior was an excellent company to handle my plumbing needs. I've gone through many plumbers over the years for various issues and Olson was the most responsive, courteous, prompt, and helpful of all the companies. Their pricing is inline with industry standards. I highly recommend them for your needs and I will definitely use them again in the future.
My lines were totally backed up and I couldn't shower or use my kitchen sink. Olson Superior Plumbing got to me the next day and started to tackle the issue. Zach and Daryl were easy to talk to and kept me informed on what they were seeing and doing to resolve it. At the end everything was working smoothly and the final cost was under what they'd quoted me. I will be calling these people asap when I have a plumbing problem...hopefully that's not soon though, heh.

This company was everything you SHOULD expect from a service company and more. There are some companies out there that do a bait and switch on you, and then hit you with the real price. Not Olson Superior Plumbing. We new all the way through what was going on. They fix the repair and we are Happy! I would recommend this company to my family.

I had used Olson for repiping our whole house with Pex A, installation of a whole house filter, and an area drain install a few months ago. Eric T was my initial contact and was very responsive to all my numerous questions. Jose and his team repiped the house. Their drywall patch guy Rafael patched up the walls after city inspection. Everybody in the team was so pleasant to deal with and on time that I used them over two major local competitors who gave me a few hundred dollars cheaper quotes. They accommodated my request to label drywalls they’d need to cut into—making the walls ready for a third-party asbestos abatement company to take care of.Fast forward today.I contacted Olson’s office yesterday to help me troubleshoot a brand new shower valve installed by my general contractor. The valve cartridge seems to be leaking water (dripping tub spout) and my preferred plumber (who has helped fix our issues in the past) could not fix it despite two visits. Olson’s office rep Emilie called me back and scheduled me for first thing today with Luis Barrios. I’m glad I got Luis’ fresh pair of eyes to look and diagnose what could be the issue. When I asked Luis to educate me on the parts and tools I need to do this myself next time, he was patient and friendly. He left after about 30 minutes and no water drip from the tub spout since! I am ecstatic that I found another reputable service plumber in my area! Thanks, Olson Team, for being so pleasant and reliable in time of need!

I have been using Olson for several years now. They are fantastic. Today they saved me a lot of money and headache making the water and ice to my new fridge work. Replacing the valve stem only and having that get by without having to cut through the cabinetry and wall to which would have maybe made it a more complete fix but would have been a lot more in time, effort and cost. OSP always looks for ways their customers can save money. They don’t just bid the most expensive thing they can provide, which is very appreciated and has made me a repeat customer.

I’m not one to usually take the time to write reviews, but the team at Olson Superior Plumbing delivered beyond my expectations. My water heater broke and I was on my 10th day without hot water because I was waiting for a plumber referred through my Home Warranty company. I was tired of waiting, so I called Olson just to get a quote on day 10. Emily delivered a flat rate quote over the phone. Eric (the owner got on the phone to answer my technical questions on the spot). I called two other folks to compare and both were going to charge much more ($300 to $500). Emily provide a service time (12 to 2). Clint showed up at 12 and was done by 2. Such service is so rare nowadays. Clint was so professional and answered all my questions. I’ll be calling the Team at Olson for all future work. Thank you Emily, Eric, and Clint for getting the job done within 24 hours my first call with you.
Great service great repair and amazing punctuality especially for a plumbing company. A little expensive but I live in Laguna Niguel, so the price is pretty common for the area.

Phil was most pleasant, courteous and a true professional. Called ahead to advise he would be on time and a bit early. Reviewed the job requirements. Took his time and cut out two square tiles that we could re-use. Jod was tough because the pipe was all corroded and broke off the the nipple. Phil got a new part and soldered it into place and connected the new nipple and replaced the two tile squares. Re-grouted and can’t even see it. Great job. Cleaned up the area and made my wife and I feel great. Super company. Highly recommend.

James the Supervisor is really professional and nice. He came out right away and looked at our tankless water heater that was having issues. He explained to us in detail our options and we decided to replace our unit. He told us about a rebate program with SoCal gas and since it ended today, he immediately called his technicians to install the same day. The technicians Anthony and Zach could not have been nicer and more professional. They were very hard working, diligent and thorough. They stayed late and after they finished the installation they assisted me with submitting the rebate. Highly recommend Olson Superior Plumbing. The water pressure for my shop was very low and James has been working with me on other issues I’ve been having with my tea shop. He took the time to determine the issue when no one else could. It was confirmed that the low pressure due to my filtration system. James was not able to come out so he sent another technician to come out early Saturday morning to help fix the issue for us so not to disrupt our business. Sam came out and reroutes the pipe and now our pressure is restored!!! I highly recommend this company if you need an honest, professional and reliable services to get the job done right the first time. Again I’ve had 2 other companies come out and they did not fix the problem costing me so much money without a solution. I wish I found this company sooner! They are great guys that get the job done right. They show up on time. When we called about a leak, they sent Daryl to our house on Halloween evening. He figured out where the leak was coming from and gave a decent price estimate. We contacted 2 other plumbers to give us estimates and they were both double the cost of Olson Superior Plumbing and they wanted to do unnecessary work. Obviously, we went with Olson, they came out on time to reoair our leak, got it fixed and had an entire crew to get it fixed. We had another leak and once again Daryl came out. He was able to fix the leak on the spot.

Our tankless water heater stopped working ten days ago. The first guy who came out didn't even try to fix it, just wanted to sell a new unit. The second guy sprayed water in the unit and fried the circuit board. Wish we called Olson Plumbing first! They got the circuit board and fan replaced under warranty. They really know what they are doing and charge a fair price. The owner even called me to see how it was going. They will be our go-to plumbers from now on.

When I called for service, I was given an estimate, and that is what I ended up being charged. The plumber, Luis, was not only very professional but he was also extremely nice. The entire experience was as well done as it could be. Hence, my highest recommendation.
Eric answered my calls and quickly arranged to have someone come over to fix a leaking Mixit cartridge that Olson Plumbing had installed the day before. Anthony and Zack arrived and corrected the issue within the hour. This happened on a Sunday on the Fourth of July. Eric assured me I would not be charged for the service and replacement. Impressive customer service all around and two thumbs up!
They arrived during the time period provided and they texted when they were on the way. The service technician, Roman was very knowledgeable and thorough.

What a great company I called a bunch of other people to come look at a water heater to see if it needed repair or replacement a lot of Jokers out there a lot of people say they're good but they're not and a lot of people over promise and under deliver but not this company this company was great very personable professional came out did a great job looked at the water heater fixed it without it being replaced and gave me some estimates on the possibility of changing some things out they were so great I can't say enough good things about them I will definitely use them again

Beware! Olson will fleece you if you're not careful! I was charged $1000 for $150 worth of parts and 1 hour of labor. I had to replace two hose bibs and a water pressure regulator. I was charged $200 per hose bib ($10 each at home depot) and $600 for the water pressure regulator. Olson took advantage of my trust as an inexperienced homeowner.
The team was respectful, informative and went the extra mile to do a great job!

Luis is a very professional technician who was able to detect the problem I have right away with immediate solutions, nice and beautiful job done, had very good experience working with him.
After noticing signs of water damage on the ceiling of our garage, the blind search began for a company to perform a leak detection, identify the root cause and provide an estimate on repairs. I turned to yelp to get estimates from several plumbing services. The estimate for leak detection services ranged from $200 to $500+ and (1) based on yelp and google reviews, (2) my experience on the phone with Lexie to describe the issue and what to expect and (3) the price estimated (which was not the lowest nor highest), I selected Olson to proceed with the service with Daryl Grimble. Daryl clearly explained his approach towards the investigation and only after we gave the go did he proceed to cut sections of the drywall in order to root cause the source of the water damage. Even after confirming there were no pipes behind the drywall that could have caused the leak, he pressed on to ultimately determine the most likely cause was due to the weatherproofing around the sliding glass door. We were satisfied that the root cause made sense and now know how to proceed separately to address the fix. Daryl took the time to clearly communicate the thought process at all steps along the way. He also took care to cut into the drywall in a way to make the subsequent drywall repairs as easy as possible and afterwards vacuumed up the area. In the final report, he also included images of the findings to clearly document all areas. His professionalism, respect for property and attention to detail makes it an easy recommendation for future services.

Service was excellent. On a Saturday night, front desk called me back that night, and set up an appointment for the following day. Plumbers arrived on time. They discovered the leak quickly. And within an hour had fixed my pinhole leak on 3/4th copper pipe. They were pleasant to work with, explained the quote and answered all my questions. Gave me peace of mind. And they did all this on a Sunday afternoon, on Father's Day. Hats off to Olson !

I had a great experience with Olson Superior Plumbing and will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs. The receptionist was professional and very helpful. She was able to get me an appointment the next day and gave me the pricing so there were no surprises. The service technician (Tony) arrived on time and was very professional. He quickly fixed our clog and answered all my questions about preventative measures. He also voluntarily put on shoe covers before entering the house and wore a properly fitted mask which was very much appreciated right before the holidays. No complaints at all.
Zack was the friendly technician who repaired my bathroom faucet. He was efficient and quick. I appreciated the quoted price on the phone being the same as upon completion of the job! He suggested for future repairs.

We've lived in our Ladera Ranch home for over a year now, and as we've moved forward with some pluming upgrades, we keep coming back to Olson Superior Plumbing. Two “technicians” came out, spent an hour trying to unclog the sewer main but they were not able to clear it. They still charge $200 for doing nothing but wasting the customers time. We even overheard the plumbers saying unkind things about us when they thought we weren’t around. Right at 5pm (30 mins after they got to the job) they both started looking at their watches and they didn’t want to do any more work, even though nothing was fixed. While unclogging, they would flush toilets to “prove there was still a clog”, which then flooded the bathroom, and they didn’t even say anything or attempt to clean it up. The lady on the phone was nice, but the actual plumbers were terrible.
i had an issue with my tankless water heater, the hot water not staying hot. i had a tech by the name of Josh come out. Very professional. Practiced all the proper Covid proctocols, came in a mask and gloves. He even placed a disposable lining over his shoes when he came into the house. The customer service was great. I will definitely call him again if i ever have any issues. Thanks Josh

Logan was an outstanding plumber, did all the work we asked plus a free look through the house to review all the things that will likely break down in the near future - pretending these problems don't exist won't make them go away!When unexpected problems came up during the toilet reinstall he clearly stated the issue and what extra work would need to be done (our flange was destroyed by roots) and gave us a discount since he was already onsite.Very friendly with my small kids and dog. Service representative by the name of Tony came to my home to repair a leaking pipe system under the sink. Toni was courteous, in compliance with mask, gloves and shoe booties. He assessed, diagnosed and repaired the Leaking pipe efficiently. I would choose Olsen Superior Plumbing any time. This was a great experience.

This was my second time using their services. They try to get you the same plumbing technician as the last time which I thought was nice since I liked the first guy Luis, but I needed to change the date so was scheduled with Josh who was pretty great too. I will definitely reach out to them the next time! Minimum charge is $189. Just FYI, if you have 2 separate plumbing issues it is a minimum of $189 per service, which you'll realize is not bad after getting several proposals from other vendors.
This was a repair to a water pipe leak located in a very tight area, accessibility wise. Zack was able to think outside the box in order to solve the problem.

The pipe bursted leaving me with no water and my neighbor's home potentially flooding. He understood the severity of the situation and within hours a Crew arrived and was able to locate the burst pipe. A few hours later They had an emergency water flood contractor Open up the wall allowing the plumber to fix the pipe. Needless to say the experience with every person was far beyond my expectations. The last time this happened I was out of water for 3 weeks. They had my water on within 12 hours! BOOM 💥
Lyle Reitan came out just hours after we called Olson and spent several hours on a leak between our upstairs master bath shower and downstairs bar. Lyle cut an area about 3 ft by 3 ft in the drywall ceiling and the water trapped in the ceiling was drained. After draining 1/2 bucket of water from the drywall ceiling above the bar Lyle proceeded for over 2 hours locating the leak. Unfortunately, he was unable to locate the source of the leak and there was no evidence of a leak in any of the inflow and outflow pipes. We agreed Olson would return to repair the leak if the problem reappears. The charge for Lyle’s service for spending over 3 hours was only $149. Lyle was professional and very thorough with his work.

I've used Olson for a few years now and have always had great experiences. They are very professional and trustworthy. Anthony came out to fix my bathroom faucet and, as an aside, mentioned that he could install a new shower drain for me. A plumber from green star had told me that I'd have to replace the whole tub in order to replace the drain, so I've been living without a drain plug for several years! I am so happy now that I have a nice shiny new drain - and I can take baths again! Thanks Anthony!

Installed a toilet that has been leaking. Called ALL DAY Sunday and left messages with NO response. Called Monday and was told that no one was in the office Sunday to answer the phone. Funny your website and vans say 24/7. Then I finally get called back and get set up from 3pm - 5pm. No call / No show / Not answering their phones. This is absolutely awful service especially for a company whose slogan is People over Plumbing.
Garrett and Luis came and cleaned my clogged sink. They were clean, efficient, incredibly friendly, and did great work. The cost was far less than the pervious quote I had. Definitely will use this company again!

They told me Daryl would show up between 6:00 and 8:00 at my place to detect a leaking coming from my upstairs neighbor. We called to get someone out for an inspection of the plumbing during escrow and they sent someone out within 1 week. We were quoted for three different things on separate quotes as requested.After purchasing, we called to get someone out to perform the services and they sent someone out the very next day 0800. I had a toilet that I need a valve replacement on. It was squealing so loudly that even my neighbors could hear it. I was extremely pleased by how fast my request for a quote was answered. Not only did they respond right away, they even offered several options to come out the same day.Anthony and crew were the ones to service my bathroom. They called earlier than scheduled and said they could come earlier if I wanted them to. I really appreciated that. Not only were the extremely courteous and professional, but they took the time to explain probable causes. Our mainline was clogged and sewer had backed up into our showers so I called Olson Superior and they got someone out right away. Lyle was here on time, he was very professional and honest. He explained everything he was doing and didn't try to up sell or pressure me in anyway. He even cleaned my shower that the sewer had backed up into for me and it was pretty gross. i have no complaints at all and would highly recommend this plumbing company.

On the morning of July 5th I started cleaning up after a party my son had thrown, only to discover a serious leak under my kitchen sink. I had used Olsen Plumbing before and called. Luis came out the same day and I needed to have the faucet itself replaced. Luis was able to do that within about two hours for what I considered a reasonable price. If I have any plumbing issues again (hopefully not) I would definitely call Olsen again.

I had a very slow draining dual kitchen sink so called Olson Superior Plumbing in the evening around 5:30-6pm. A gentleman by the name of Jacob (I think) answered the phone and was very kind. A plumber came within a few hours of calling to request service. Luis was very friendly, fixed the problem, performed a free inspection of all of our water fixtures, and is now working on a quote for a whole house water filter that we asked him to look into after he arrived. He is very knowledgeable and offered some great advice for prevention of future issues too.

Patrick repaired my leak quite efficiently. Then, upon checking the water pressure in my unit, he discovered it was quite high, so he replaced the pressure regulator and fixed that, too. All before 8am!Thank you!
Tony Reyes did an excellent job with our second story toilet that was clogged. My sons accidentally flushed down a tube of toothpaste that got stuck in the toilet trap. Tony was able to remove the toilet and take out the toothpaste before it went down the drainage pipe and cause even more problems. He also noticed that our toilet flange was misaligned with the floor so installed a flange riser as we had told him we had experienced multiple leaks to make sure we don’t have any more in the future (something that two other plumbers who came over to fix them didn’t address). He came over early, had great communication, worked quickly, quietly, efficiently, and was very respectful. He also kept the work area very clean and the toilet re-installation looked top notch. To top it off, he fixed our hot water faucet handle on our sink as a courtesy at no extra charge. I was thoroughly impressed with Olsen Plumbing and will use them again in the future. If you work with them, ask for Tony as he did a 5-star job!

The shower/tub spout would not shut off. We were having a party the next day. Contacted Olson Superior Plumbing. I was contacted soon after submitting a request for an estimate. I provided photos of the shower and the water valve cartridge and received a fair price estimate. We could have scheduled the repair for that same evening but we could not be home at the time Olson had a technician available. We scheduled for 10 a.m. to noon on the day of the party. Elliott arrived on time at 10 a.m. and was able to check the water pressure and change the water valve cartridge in about an hour. The water leak was fixed and the party proceeded smoothly. Elliott was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.Later that day, Olson also followed up to make sure we had a good service experience. I highly recommend Olson.

Two nights ago we had a severe clog in our kitchen sink. Looked up 24/7 plumbers and honestly the choices were overwhelming. I decided to give Olson Superior Plumping a try as they are a family owned business, much like my personal business.I want to apologize before I continue as I failed to write down names, but my experience with the 3 Olson employees I interacted with could not have been more positive and stress free. To start off with, when I called the woman on the phone took the time to understand my issue and was able to schedule an appointment first thing the next morning. She went over pricing and was very upfront about what was to be charged in the event of different scenarios.The next morning I got a call from Garrett (hope I spelled your name correctly) giving me a 10-15 minute heads up. He and his associate (again I apologize for forgetting names) were very safety conscious regarding wearing masks and shoe coverings. The issue with the clog was quickly diagnosed and taken care of. I was able to observe to see how this particular type of clog, the self inflicted to much food down the disposal type, if it were to happen again I could possibly remedy it myself. He did explain the various issues it could have been that would definitely require the work of a professional but this time we got lucky. They were up front about pricing as well and the on-site prices quoted were exactly what I was told over the phone the night before.Had a great conversation before they left regarding their company and they even checked my water heater and gave an honest assessment about its age and condition.Bottom line, when the future need for plumbing repair (or even installation) arrises, I will not hesitate to give Olson Superior Plumping a call. They found the source of the bad odor in the house by using a camera and a some kind of sensor to locate the camera to finding a hole on the sewer pipe. The repair went well and now we don’t have the awful smell in the house.

Our water heater went out on a Thursday. I contacted Olson Superior Plumbing on Friday and they made sure they did everything in their power to make sure that we had hot water by the weekend. We had our water heater installed by Friday afternoon. Fantastic service and people.
Lyle was great. He kept me informed about his arrival time which I appreciated. He explained everything to me, including things I didn't expect like the water still in my bathroom walls after my toilet flooded. He even called the people who could give me help in dealing with the moisture. Also, he proved to me that a weak stream of water in my bathroom was due to my faucet, not the plumbing like i had thought. He helped me form a plan where I would purchase a new toilet (optional - he could have repaired what I had) and a new faucet that Olson would install. The estimate for the installation was in my inbox immediately.The best thing was that he was thorough, professional, clean and very easy to talk to. This is my fourth time using Olson and they are great to work with - I highly recommend them.Once again, Lyle was here to help me out of a jam. It was on a Friday evening and he couldn't have been nicer. He completed the work quickly. The drywall people sent by Olson were on time and polite. They are still here (Friday night!) working so I can't comment on their quality just yet.

We had a kitchen sink drain clog on a Saturday and called a couple of other services. Calls went to voice mail. When we called Olson Superior, an actual person answered the phone and took our information. I explained that I hoped to be able to get the repair and still attend an out of town event. They assigned a technician and gave us a time estimate. It would have meant going late to the event. But I fully understood that they were pretty busy and I hoped for the best. One of their technicians, Reyes Martinez, was not the assigned technician, but was able to take the call early and came out and fixed our problem. Just used the company to fix and/or replace my garbage disposal. I called them and from start to finish it was a great experience. They corresponded with me through email and text too which I liked. The company was very professional and gave me a quote right away for the work. Lyle came out the very next day and diagnosed the problem. Instead of replacing the garbage disposal he showed me that most likely it just needed fixing and something was jammed in the blades. He could have easily just replaced the unit but instead took some time and fixed it instead. I highly recommend this company just due to their professionalism and honesty. They will be my plumbing company from now on.

This was one of the best interactions I've had with a plumbing company. They were easy to get a hold of over the phone and had a great flat rate pricing on replacing our water heater. We were able to get an appointment first thing the next day with a 2 hour appointment window from 8-10am.Daryl showed up promptly at 8am to our surprise (when do you ever get so lucky as to have them show up at the beginning of the window?) and was quickly got to work. Our water heater was a pain to replace: we're on the second floor, it was twisted sideways and hard to get to parts, things needed to be changed and added to install the new one facing forward, additions were needed to get it up to code, he even added insulation to pipes. They were true to their word and instead of dollar signs adding up each additional line item was deducted from the total to make sure we paid what we were quoted over the phone.As we were wrapping up we asked Daryl to look at a couple other things before we list our condo for sale. We had a leaky toilet that needed a part replaced and the shutoff valve was broken and needed replacing which he did for a reasonable price, discounting some of the normal cost since he was already there. We also wanted our gas fireplace looked at to make sure it was working (it was, the gas to it was just turned off which he showed us how to do) which he didn't charge us to do.We are so impressed with the integrity of Daryl and Olson Superior Plumbing. We could have easily been nickled and dimed to death but he really took care of us without gouging our pocket books. We will be recommending them to anyone who asks again and again.
This was my second time using Olson Superior Plumbing - first time for for a business and second time for residential. As a business owner myself, it is very clear the intentionally that is put into training employees throughout the entire customer experience to be kind, honest, and responsive. From the first phone call to schedule service to the email & call follow up to ensure we were satisfied, their customer service is truly first class. Our technician Patrick was so helpful, and I cant say enough about how impressed I was with his character and honesty. He genuinely cared about ensuring the leak in our daughters bathroom was fully fixed and helping us verify all other water fixtures were also repaired and working so we dont experience future issues that could cause harm in a children's bathroom.Plumbing issues are not fun. But the Olson experience makes what is usually a very bad day, a whole heck of a lot better.

Contacted Olson Superior Plumbing for a routine check and had a discussion with Daryl - a very knowledgeable service professional. They quoted me a competitive rate on a water regulator and whole-house repipe.Jose Martinez was assigned as the lead on our project and he was terrific. Super knowledgeable and clear in explaining the steps they would take and how long it would take them to complete. (He quoted 2 days)The workers arrived exactly when we were told they would and they completed the entire job, wall-patching included, in 1 day (from 8:15am until 5:30pm). I contacted Olson Superior Plumbing to find out what could be the source of a pool of water that developed underneath our garage cabinets. Patrick arrived on time and quickly explained all of the steps involved with the leak detection. We used Olson Plumbing to repipe our home in Talega & install a tankless water heater, as well as replace some of our plumbing fixtures. We love how communicative and transparent the team was throughout the whole process, and was happy to address any questions we had. We had a tight timeline to work on and they were able to adhere to this request without any issues. They also included patch repair for the holes, which was very welcome. They may not be the cheapest option out there, but the quality + customer service are worth it to us. When it comes to repiping your home, you get what you pay for! All of their crew was respectful of our home and happy to chat with us. Highly recommend!

Anthony, Zack and Josh were exceptional at installing our tankless water heater. Great service from start to end. Very professional. Quote was sent via email and over text. Great response. Lyle called 30 mins before he showed up and I also received a text to confirm that he was en route.When he showed up, he had a mask on and wore protective cover over his shoes before stepping inside the house. Olson Superior Plumbing provided non-stop stellar service throughout an arduous slab leak repair. The overall project process with leak fixing and foundation repair took over 3 weeks between many teams/trades. Olson proved to be our rock of reliability throughout it all with amazing techs doing incredible quality and quick work at every stage. Amongst many other jobs in the project, their master team repiped and patched our entire house in 1 day. Surprisingly, one of my favorite areas of Olson would actually have to be the amazing women who are answering the phones and communicating. Lexie, Annie, and many others showed so much compassion every time I reached out. What could easily be overlooked, something that stood Olson out from all others was having someone who was able to answer the phone 24/7. Whenever I had issues reaching out to another team or had any questions I could always rely on Olson to get my call and that meant the world to me. Can’t say enough good things about Olson Plumbing, especially Zack, who installed 3 toilets for us. One of the toilets was downstairs and after installing it he found it had a hairline crack so he dragged it back upstairs and took it back to Home Depot and got another one. Installed that one and it also had a crack so had to drag it back upstairs and returned it and got a third one. Made 6 trips up and down the stairs and just did a great job. Wonderful person to work with also. Highly recommend.

I learned so much from him and that's so important when sound decisions need to be made. He was not only very informative and explained everything to us, but he was skillful and fixed what he could and will be coming back to finish up. There are a plethora of companies that could probably have fixed our problems, but what really sold me on Olson's was how kind and friendly everyone was, especially Patrick, we could tell he actually cared about our circumstances and was willing to do what he could to help. Heck he even got along with our 3 dogs! I haven't been this impressed with a company in many years and with an old house like ours it's always a good idea to have a plumber on speed dial! Olson's is now on mine!

Do not use this company if you want to save yourself a headache.My boyfriend and I are brand new first time homeowners that just settled into our house just around three weeks prior to the events following.We needed a new water heater and decided to upgrade our outdated water heat and relocate a new tankless water heater in our attic. Olson Superior Plumbing should have known better that this job was required to have a permit and they failed to obtain this before they started working on this project. They said we didn’t need the permit for this type of work. They also didn’t provide us a copy of the contract before the work started to detail what was to be completed.To top that, an old asbestos pipe was behind it and they somehow found it necessary to remove it to complete the job. You know what these con men did? They set up an appointment with someone they claimed they’d worked with many times on various jobs but didn’t know personally to handle this work. Later we found out that they had a connection on Facebook, of course. So they set up this appointment after assuring us these people were licensed, but really what they were doing was making it a quick job to get their buddy around $800 in cash real fast and to complete their four thousand dollar job in a hurry as well.So they had this supposedly licensed contractor come to our house with his partner, improperly remove our pipe by cutting it with power tools, not wrapping it and walking through our home with an exposed pipe. They assured us this pipe only contained less than 1% asbestos and that they did this all the time. They never actually even tested this of course because they aren’t licensed for abatement testing either so how would they know just by looking at it??? We questioned their methods throughout the procedure and ended up paying them, which was a huge mistake.We then had to test everything and pay for a procedure 5 which Eric doesn’t claim any responsibility for, even though him and his team scheduled this unlicensed contractor into our home. They repeatedly reassured us that he was someone they worked with on many jobs prior, that he was licensed, however in reality none of this was actually true and ended up endangering our family and costing us $11,000+ for cleaning up their dirty work.They only provided us a scant contract when we reached out to them multiple times after the work had already started and the improper abatement took place. Once we had our procedure 5 we started reporting them to CSLB. Olson Superior Plumbing started being active with us ONLY when CSLB began to intervene and mediate this terrible situation. Finally after they were contacted by CSLB did they dissolve the contract so we could finally be done with one another. Let our experience be a learning lesson for anyone even remotely thinking about working with this awful company.
Excellent service: called in the morning, got a call back while I was leaving a message, and Anthony and Clint showed up on time that same morning. They evaluated the water spot on the ceiling, trying first to find the source without cutting a hole using a very reasonable, stepwise approach. They did need to cut a hole, and immediately found the source, fixed the section of leaking pipe, checked everything and made sure it was working before leaving, cleaned up after themselves, and explained everything. Highest marks.

Really surprised how well this went having gotten so so service from other plumbing companies. Lyle came out and not only found the problems but also explained solutions- both ones they could do or I could do myself. Who does that!? They run a business but also genuinely care about just helping you out. Definitely will use them again and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Zach Bosco was dispatched to our home to install a garbage disposal and new kitchen faucet. Olson’s system provided timely and welcomed communications throughout the service visit.Zach is a thorough professional. He communicated with us through dispatch and each step of the installation process. He is personable, knowledgeable , and took the time to explain the installation. He is a gem.Olson is now our number one plumbing service provider. If the rest of their employees are even close to the level of Zach Bosco this is a well-run enterprise.We rated five stars but would have rated higher if we could. Our experience was that good.
I called Olson Plumbing for a quote and Olson gave me the lowest price. The other 2 plumbing services quoted us up to $900 more with bad attitude for free. Olson did better than give us a lower quote but introduced us to the idea of switching from a water heater tank to a tankless heating system. They went out of their way to learn more about our old, broken tank over the phone by asking to send them photos when the idea of the tankless system was being discussed. In other words, while the other 2 plumbers were finding ways to gouge the price for a water heater tank replacement, Ericson at Olson was analyzing our garage layout to determine how to install a tankless system thru the photos I sent him and once he to me had the parameters defined the quote was emailed & I approved. I would like to extend my appreciation and thanks to Anthony who was the plumber who worked all day to get the new system installed but Ericson came by too, and checked at the progress and to help Anthony. Our thanks to Ericson who patiently took the time to look at the photos in order to figure out (ahead of time) how and where to install the new tankless system. Ericson was highly knowledgeable and clear when he explained the benefits of the tankless heating system including rebates and tax credits. They were both very professional and had very pleasant demeanor. I also want to thank Audrey who didn't give up on returning my phone calls. Olson will now be our family's go to plumbers! Shower handle broke early in the morning. Water continued to flow. Main shutoff to house was only means to stop the water. Olson took our urgent call and scheduled a service technician that afternoon. The problem was a broken cartridge which had snapped off. To extract the broken cartridge would normally require entering from the back of the shower or major tile work. The skilled technician was able to remove the broken cartridge with marginal impact to the tile and used a larger cover plate to make it look like new. The problem was solved in 2 back-to-back visits. I received timely text updates. They were very responsive to texts and calls.

Our entire house’s toilets were overflowing on a late evening a few days ago. I was panicking because most plumbing companies were closed since it’s after 9pm. I was so happy to find Olson Superior Plumbing, a 24/7 company. The lady(sorry, I didn’t get her name) who answered my call was very helpful and comforting, she ensured me that I was in good hands. A few minutes later, Ericsson from Olson Superior called me. He said he could try to locate a plumber for me that night but not guaranteed, however, he could definitely get me a plumber the next morning. We decided to wait until morning. A little after 6am next day, Bryon Shute from Olson Superior showed up. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Since our house doesn’t have many cleanouts, Bryan had to move a toilet to unclog the main drain. He was very patient with all my questions and courteous, and he cleaned up after the job was done.I highly recommend Olson Superior Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.P.S. I've never used a plumber before as my husband has always fixed everything. This time, however, there was a leak in the kitchen ceiling and he didn't want to start cutting holes in the ceiling searching for the source of the leak. We found Olson Superior Plumbing on Yelp and gave them a call. They came out, found the leak without having to cut open the ceiling, confirmed the leak but cutting a small opening in the ceiling, and then repaired the leak. They spoke with my husband the entire time they were here passing on valuable information he can use in the future. They did a great job on the job and left everything nice and clean. We are really happy with them and will definitely use them again if the need arises.
Samuel and another gentleman (didn't catch his name) saved us right around Christmas. They helped replace our fridge and went above and beyond what they had been originally asked to do. They were even willing to come on Christmas Eve! They were professional, friendly and efficient. 100% recommend these guys.

On the evening of December 30, we detected water coming up from our hardwood floors. So the very next day (on New Years Eve) we started calling local plumbers. We came across Olson Superior Plumbing on FB and spoke with Eric Olson who sent a plumber to assess the issue that very day. It turns out that it was a pipe leak...What a way to end the year! But Eric put our minds at ease and assured us that it would all work out. Not only would the pipe leak be repaired, but that they would also provide water mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction through their partnering company (EHS). Every single member of the crew that came through our doors (to repipe our house) was super professional, friendly, kind, clean and so respectful! I couldn't be happier with the quality of the workmanship and the price.And then, out of the blue, our water tank broke in the middle of all that was going on (unrelated to the pipe leak)! Ericson (manager) and Reyes came up with an awesome solution so that we were not without hot water for too long. I couldn't believe the compassion and professionalism these two gentlemen exhibited! For anyone that has a plumbing issue, please do yourself a big favor and hire this company...you won't regret it!!
I had a water leak I could not find but hear and called Olson to come and do a leak detection. Their plumber Lyle texted me to let me know he could be early to the appointment on a Saturday, showed up about 20 minutes earlier than scheduled and it took him about an hour to find the leak in the foundation and ensure that there was no damage to the interior of the house. I got a really good quote for whole house repipe and expected to have to wait a few days. Instead the repipe crew showed up on Sunday and repiped the entire house (19 fixtures) and patched the drywall in just 7 hours, they even had time to take a 30 minute lunch.The pricing was really good, the quality of work great, and communication solid from Olson. I plan to use them in the future.

After having new flooring put down in our downstairs bathroom and laundry room, we needed to have the toilet reinstalled. In addition, the cold water faucet for our washer was dripping. Patrick Pegausch was the plumbing technician assigned to us. He came on time, was very clean, pleasant and professional and explained what he needed to do very thoroughly. Juan and Luis came by and helped us with a mystery regarding our kitchen faucet. The faucet was new and installed just a few years ago and originally worked great. Within the last year when the cold water was turned on it either wouldn't work or we would get a low stream that would just quit within a few seconds.The guys did a lot of detective work checking one thing then another, even running the water with different origination sites while recording the process on video. The result was a faulty valve for the cold water. They quickly replaced it and things run smoothly once again. YIPPEE!!
Had a few projects I needed to get done on my new home before I moved in and Olson Superior Plumbing was able to get it all done in time, accommodate my crazy renovation schedule, and were very professional and kind. I had a Halo 5 installed in my townhome, upgraded a shower head, had 2 bidets put in, an instant hot installed, and a washer dryer moved into the 3rd floor laundry room.Anthony also came back to fix an issue with my master shower cartridge which was causing flow and heating issues from the builder on a Sunday! The other plumber from the builder could not even figure it out.Thanks so much for all your services.
My water heater stopped working. I called Emilie at Olson Superior Plumbing. Mine is the vented water heater which has a motor mounted on the top of the tank. Phil removed and replaced with the new unit in few hours. He also notified me that the bottom of the expansion tank was rusted. He came back and replaced the unit as well. The water heater and the expansion tank work really well. I received the invoices including the photos of the water heater before and after. Thank you!

This is a well run company with great service. Taysom took my order on the phone and understood my needs after I sent him pictures. I needed the washer hot & cold valves replaced and the drip pan attached. The three plumbers Anthony, Mark and one other were all wearing masks and did a great job and cleaned everything before leaving. The Superior in their name was the service that I received.
From quotation to pickup to installation, Patrick did an excellent job quickly and explained clearly what he was doing and why. When there was a surprise upcharge, he explained what old home builders did and why it needed to be fixed so everything was clear.

The best in the business! We've used Olson for years and have had several of their plumbing technicians come to our house to fix a myriad of problems. (We live in South OC where the water is hard on our pipes.) Their technicians are always on-time and very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even though they're only here to fix a clogged sink (for example), they always take the time to do a full house inspection and troubleshoot any additional plumbing problems or questions we may have. We've saved countless dollars over the years through their team's efforts to always go above and beyond what's simply on the job card. (For example, I thought my water pressure was broken, but it turns out there was just a broken part inside the showerhead!) They never try to upsell you, and on every visit, they try to teach me a few tricks to fix minor plumbing issues on my own in the future.I've used the big plumbing companies in the past, and they simply cannot compare to Olson's excellent customer service and commitment to honest and top-notch business! And ask for Bryan if he's available - you will definitely be well taken care of!

My problem was an old defective water shutoff valve in my kitchen. I called on Friday and spoke to an actual person who was very helpful and scheduled someone to come to my home the next morning. Woke up to a broken pipe in the ceiling and water pouring everywhere. Found Olson plumbing on Yelp based on their rating. Taysom was caring and compassionate, and although booked all day, moved things around given the urgency of our situation and his Technition Luis showed up on time within two hours and got to work. He did an awesome job using his high tech equipment identifying the broken pipe in the ceiling and we had water back in the house within a few hours. Can’t thank them both and their company enough for saving the day for our family. There is a gold star next to their name on my phone directory for future use!! I had Olson Superior Plumbing install a tankless water heater, whole house repipe and whole home water filter system. The team I had was great. Jose, Efrain and the team were great. They were very respectful and answered all the questions. They managed to complete all items in one day and came back to do the drywall patching after inspection.The previous owner of our new home had rerouted the water piping (probably when they had a leak) and we were having issues getting hot water to certain areas of our home. Eric the owner took the time to come by our home and explain all options for the water heaters and home filtration. He even demonstrate why I was having issues with hot water in my house due to faulty cartridges in my shower valves.Olson is very competitive with pricing especially with the water heater and filtration system after call multiple companies. Although they may not be the cheapest company to do a repipe, their team is great and worth the premium after some of the issues I have heard about with other companies. I will definitely be calling Olson Superior Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

We needed a water pressure regulator installed on our house. Josh was super responsive, on time, and did a great job.
My water heater that was only 8 years old suddenly stopped working without any sign that it was going bad. I also have a Hot Water Heating System and there is a water pump connected to the water heater. My heating system was working fine until the water heater started making a very loud noise with scary vibrations as if the house was going to take off. I had to turn off the tank with a fear it may even explode. I didn’t know whether the issue was with the water heater itself or the pump connected to it or both. I contacted several companies, all of them highly rated Orange County companies, to get diagnostics and estimates for repair or replacement. One of the companies sent a technician who gave me an estimate of over $4,000. He said the water heater and the “hot water circulating pump” needed to be replaced and also recommended that I needed a Thermo Expansion tank for efficiency and safety. He said the function of the pump I have was to supply hot water without having to wait. The technicians from the second company were very personable and honest but their diagnostics were confusing. I was first told that I didn’t need the pump to have my heating system work properly and that it can be removed and capped. But then their second technician said I needed the pump to get the heating system work; however, they only do plumbing and that I had to hire an HVAC company to address the pump issues as it is a part of the heating system. I didn’t want to have to deal with two separate companies for the system that is connected and have to work together to provide me hot water and heat my space. Frustrated and confused, I called Olson Superior Plumbing. Emily answered the phone. I started to explain the issues and asked whether they can address both a water heater and the pump that might be also a problem. At that moment, Eric got on the phone and started to explain step by step how the Hot Water Heating System operates and the roles of the hydronic pump and one-way flow/check valve. He clarified the pump I have is not a hot water circulating pump that supplies hot water immediately when you open the faucets. It was a hydronic pump required for my heating system to work. He was so knowledgeable and completely familiar with this kind of rather rare but popular heating system that was frequently used in the ’90s. He was able to give a diagnostics and two possible scenarios to address the issues. I was given two estimates based on them. The estimates were clear and very reasonable. At the end of this “educational session,” I was feeling so confident in his expertise and the integrity of the company’s business philosophy. I also found out Eric is the owner and master plumber training his technicians and making himself available for consulting and guidance to the technicians on the job. I cannot tell you how relieved I was after almost a week of dealing with numerous phone calls and confusing diagnostics. Anthony Reyes was the technician who installed a new water heater for me.To make my experience with this company truly SUPERIOR, Anthony was absolutely the very best plumber-technician I have ever worked with. He was professional, exceptionally thorough, detail-oriented and so kind in explaining everything he was doing. I ended up needing just a new water heater and no replacement of a pump or check valve was necessary. Another thing I want to mention why I trust this company over many others is the fact that they purchase consumer-grade water heaters from the retailers like Home Depot. Almost all other companies I had called use contractor-grade water heaters. Although they tried to convince me that the contractor grade is better, I doubt that. My old heater that broke down after only 8 years was a contractor-grade water heater. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the services I have received and would give Anthony and Eric’s company 10 Stars!! I would recommend Anthony Reyes and this company to all my family and friends and anyone else with the utmost confidence!!

I opened my garage this afternoon to find it flooded from a Rheem 50-gallon water heater that failed just 7 years into a 12 year warranty. Instead of me messing with trying to take it back to Home Depot for the exchange on the 5 years left on the warranty - also, not the easiest appliance to return - I looked on my Mission Viejo FB community for Water Heater Installation recommendations. Olson Superior Plumbing came up highly recommended. I called and spoke with Emily and she was super knowledgeable and helpful on my options and said she could have a plumber show up by 6pm tonight or tomorrow anytime, whatever I preferred. I was anxious to get this fixed and get hot water running again for my family. Daryl Grimble showed up on time and did an OUTSTANDING job. He was super professional, friendly and explained everything about the process. He even explained to me why my water heaters continued to fail. I have a water softener and he explained that soft water can actually corrode the water heater anode rod faster. When the anode rod wears down, the corrosive elements will move on to the tank. So if left alone, a water softener system can actually shorten the lifespan of a water heater. And that is what has been happening to me (this was my 2nd replacement in 10 years). He explained how to address it with the type of rod to be installed in about a year that can withstand the sodium. I highly recommend Olson Superior Plumbing and their team of professionals.
We own a home built in 1966 and we occasionally have small blockages however, this time it was beyond the reach of my capabilities. I own a local electric service company and saw Olson constantly being recommended on Facebook. Gave them a call and they got me in and Jose and Efrain came on time , friendly and with great attitudes. They cleared the blockage that was 106’ away . Samuel fixed an extremely stubborn shower cartridge that did not want to come out. He communicated with me through the entire ordeal (yes it was an ordeal). He would not give up and tried many different methods before he was finally able to remove it. By removing it, he saved me the hassle and expense of replacing the entire valve. We had a leak in our main water supply for our house and we hired Olson Superior Plumbing for the job. They were the second lowest bid that we received from five estimates. They were able to price match the lowest bid, so we hired them because the estimator answered all of our questions and was very professional. They replaced the pipe since it could not be repaired. First off I called 6 plumbing services to get a quote from each, all the plumbing companies had 5 stars and many reviews. 3 had told me they could not do the job and didn't bother asking me for photos to get a better idea, 2 told me I'd have to wait till Monday for an appointment without asking me to turn off the sprinkler system, and then I was blessed with one company who told me although they are busy they have a technician in the area who could swing by after the jobsite he is on to assist us. Each company may had good reviews and ratings but the only one responded with urgency and care that I had a leak, Olson Superior Plumbing. In hard times I understand we are all busy, but this company really goes out of their way for their customers. Not only was their response fast to send out a technician by the name of Patrick Pegausc, he was patient enough to explain to me my situation. He may have been there for a quote but got right down to work as if he was ready to do the repair. Not only was he professional, knowledgeable, and efficient with his work he took the time while working to share some wisdom about his experiences with the same situation my family is going through. Talk about customer services and the sense of really caring for your customers. I dont like to write reviews often only because there aren't a lot of people who put pride and effort in their work like Patrick. I understand business is just business and getting personal with people can get tricky, but this company doesn't just offer great work they offer the sense and feeling like we arent just a number or a paycheck. Patrick really made me feel this way explaining to me in his own words that this is how his company views their customers and he supports it completely. Will I be going back to them when I'm in need of help for a leak, absolutely. Will I be recommending them to others in need of help, most undoubtedly. Is it just because of the way the company runs itself, not at all its because of the people like Patrick who they have working with them and Marissa promptly responds back to their customers with every question or need.

I had Olson Superior Plumbing return after using them for a clogged drain. Phil was amazing and took the time to double check my water pressure. He found that when I had my house re-piped (different company) they failed to replace the pressure regulator valve. This is a critical step, especially because my water pressure was set much higher than the recommended number for water pressure. I love that they text you when they are on their way. Phil explained everything thoroughly, so you know what you are paying for. Phil is so professional, great with customer service and very knowledgeable. Another good experience with Olson. This time replacing a water heater. Zack came out first and quickly assessed the issue. Was hoping to repair, but parts for our old heater were not easily available and because it was so old, we decided to replace instead of repair. Very happy with this service. I called around & actually called back Olson as they were the only ones that would tell me general costs of services as it was helpful for me to get an estimate and I understood it could be more as I based off what I thought it needed but tech would determine on arrival. It came out less and i will be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

Highly recommend these guys. Discovered that I had a leak on a Sunday. Someone was out in less than 1 1/2 hours. Identified the problem and solution. Scheduled repair for next day. Plumbers showed up this a.m. with all COVID protections. Leak is fixed and everything cleaned up in less than 24 hours from first call.

Lyle Reitan was our assigned plumber and he was fantastic! He fully assessed the situation before jumping in and start cutting the pipe. He went to the store twice to make sure he had the exact right replacement piece. He was detailed oriented beyond belief. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again myself!
Great company to work with! Luis was first to come out, installed a shut off valve for the sprinkler system. Garett then came out and diagnosed the specific (slab) leak. Efrain and the crew then came out to re-pipe the house. All were professional, courteous and top notch!

I called Olson Superior Plumbing because of their great reviews and being a local company. I wasn't disappointed; they called me back, set me up with one of their plumbers who worked with me from buying the equipment I need to installing the water heater. Anthony was professional, courteous and really made sure I was happy with the entire project. Work was meticulous and I was really pleased. Costs were in same range as other plumbers, but they were able to service my house within two days. He gave me possible problems and solutions with prices right away. Luckily easy fix on the garbage disposal. I really appreciated his knowledge, he gave me information for this not to happen again. James from Olson superior was AMAZING!! He was insanely on time, personable, and fixed our problem in a minutes time. Literally he was soooo quick. Not only that, but also asked what else he could check out since he was already here. Fixed another slow draining sink, showed us where our pressure regulator was, gave us tips that were truly helpful and told us to go buy this handy dandy tool for futures sake. I would advise anyone use them. Honest and they have a great reputation. 5 stars for sure.

Anthony Reyes and Rodrigo came to inspect if I had yet another water leak in my master bathroom. They were very thorough and checked all over the place with the equipment. They answered all of my questions and worries. The good news is I did not have a water leak, and they put my mind at ease. I also asked them about other potential issues I might have, they went above and beyond to check them out and explain to me what they found. All good but price wise definitely not competitive, very expensive $195 for a light 10 minutes work, that’s actually more expensive than my Cardio doctorBut Samuel is Avery polite, professional and comfortable to communicate with.
Tech Grimble did an outstanding job clearing the drain problem. He explains all the details of the job at hand.
Patrick was great. He showed up as scheduled and was courteous. He quickly diagnosed our leak issue and he kept us informed throughout the day as the repair progressed. He definitely went the extra mile to repair in 1 day and we appreciated his effort.
My experience with Olson Plumbing was excellent. They fixed my problem, were right on time and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.
James has been incredibly helpful and professional the two times I called Olson Superior. He helped diagnose a leak and replaced the toilet and a leaky faucet the first time for a property I manage and when I had an issue with the kitchen faucet at home he was the first one I called and he had it fixed right away at a reasonable cost. So glad I met James and will be going to him for any of our plumbing issues and would be happy to recommend him!
The hot water in my entire house was working intermittently. Lately it’s been very cold and taking cold shower was out of the question. So I contacted Olsen right away and they were able to set me up next day with service. Bryan arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem fairly quickly with a few checks of the water heater. He was very honest and provided all my options available to me and my family to make the best decision to move forward to save us the most money possible. Luckily this was a minor maintenance fix that was easily taken care of so I was able to save some money for now. After he explained how to properly service the water heater every year to avoid such issues. I’ve had two services already by Olsen and both plumbers were very supportive as well as genuine good people. I trust Olsen Superior Plumbing with my home and will always use them in the future.

Communication with this company was easy and they always were quick to respond. The plumber showed up on time and completed the job efficiently and with no hassle. I would highly recommend and definitely use them again!
Terrible. No follow through in a timely manner of what is said. Too expensive. Took two days to inspect the leak. I was told the leak inspection would be completed and the job was going to start in the same second day after the inspection, and it was not. Told me it was a main line leak, when the leak was a leak from a hot water branch line. Too costly and too many people to talk with instead of just speaking with the person who was actually on the job. Really not great with direct service and straightforward communication. Don’t commit to time frames you cannot make.Thank you for your response Eric. It is amazing how great your company is in keeping the impression of everything being professional.I still have not received the photos I was promised, as well as the plumbing report from the inspection.Also it was a hot water line leaking and not the cold water line. Amazing still can't get the job right.I cancelled the job. So sad you cannot take a break up.Professionalism means not making assumptions about people. It also means apologizing for any mistakes made. Being professional takes a criticism and cleans up the mistakes. The mistakes kept coming. Amazing how you discreetly criticize me in your response. I can sense how you put other people in a place to make you feel comfortable with how you do things. Not everyone can afford your $279 inspection and it's best to let the public know that the reviews you have do not assure you are a great company to go with. Again, I am working with another VERIFIED PLUMBER found on Yelp as well. Of course I don't have my contractor doing the plumbing. Shows how little you expect from someone who has written a correct review of your company.

I was referred to Olson Superior Plumbing by my daughter. She's had work done by them and has been very pleased. Joshua came out to my mother's home to work on a gas leak. I was concerned about the gas leak and Joshua was excellent at communicating with me by phone of the status of his findings. He also communicated very well with my elderly mother. I was pleased with the work from their quick response to my initial call all the way to the completion of the project. I will be using them again.

Placed a request for a plumber on Yelp. First response came from Olson. The response was that they’d come out today and not charge extra for weekend service. Cool! I wasn’t in a hurry to have my 3 toilets fixed, but took advantage of that. They gave a discount for the second and third toilets too! Josh Newton was the plumber sent out. He took a look at the 3 toilets, told me what needed to be fixed, and all was done in quick order. He also checked our water heater and water pressure - I was a little concerned that he’d find issues that would add up to more dollars. However, he said it all checked out fine. Josh was knowledgable, polite, and kind to our dog who can be a pest to visitors. And the company is COVID conscious - masked at all times plus wears shoe coverings into the home. I’d recommend Olson Superior Plumbing - seems like an honest efficient company.
These guys did an awesome job on installation of a reverse osmosis system and replacing our dishwasher hose. So far, no leaks! They have earned a new customer.
Great work on an emergency leak repair! Patrick was very professional, explaining every step of the process so we felt comfortable with what he was going to do. He stayed late into the evening, but got everything cleaned up and functioning before he left. Thumbs up!
I called Olson because of an interior leak due to a drain pipe clog. Garett arrived quickly and fixed the drain system in no time. Additionally, he found the leaking was due to a broken seam in the plaster adjacent to the drain. If he would not have found that, we would have had another leak when it rained! I definitely recommend calling Olson if you have a plumbing need.

Garett and Anthony were very professional they came out to my house approximately 30 mins after I called the office line about my leaking water pipes. I spoke to 2 wonderful customer service specialist Marissa and Allison who were professional, kind and very helpful. Garret and Anthony came at the exact time I was told they would. they diagnosed my water leak right away and afterwards in Anthony’s words “we are here to help and add value to our visit anything we can do under 5 mins or less we would do free”. They also provided me with Good, Better and Best Options for my water pipe leak so I agreed to do a whole house repipe. The Job got done In 2 days and they Gave me prices on site. They were very pleasant company and will definitely call Olson superior plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Olson Superior plumbing. Emille did a fantastic job and providing me with a quote to replace my bathtub overflow gasket and setting up an appointment in a timely manner. She even reached out to one of the plumbers and had him on the phone with us for technical questions she couldn't answer.Brian showed up on time (8am early morning call) and was patient answering all my questions and concerns. He was efficient and thorough replacing the overflow gasket with a slightly odd angled pipe behind the tub, which I am told can be a pain to replace at times.This is a honest business that you can trust. I say this because another plumbing company gave me a quote the day before for services I didn't even need just so that they can make extra bucks.I will contact Olson Superior Plumbing for all my plumbing needs from now on.

Showed up on time, was able to move washer and dryer back into the laundry room, reattach and replace all Hoses and most importantly, the 4 inch diameter exhaust pipe for the dryer securely so no more hot moist air was blowing into the laundry room!

Very friendly technician. The price was immediately a little more then mentioned over the phone which I think could have been communicated when I booked the appointment but apart from that it was really great service. Much better than other companies who charge a flat fee for call out. I prefer knowing roughly what I will be charged before they arrive. Solved my issue quickly and cleanly. Wore all the proper and appropriate safety and PPE equipment (face mask, shoe covers etc).
Excellent customer service!! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and on time. I was informed of the rates and part pricing beforehand. Very upfront and honest. They had the right replacement parts in their truck and fixed my leak right away. I highly recommend to anyone looking for superior quality plumbing service.

What a great Company! We had a kitchen sink rebuild done by Charlie M. and what an awesome job he did! Charlie is a good guy family man with a great work ethic. Charlie Mai from Olson Superior Plumbing was able to remove a fairly deep clog in our shower drain. The first plumber we called wasn’t able to remove it after an hour of fighting with his 25 foot snake. Charlie had the hair removed in less than half the time. Charlie and Olson Plumbing were friendly and upfront about the backup procedures they had planned, promising not to charge for anything that didn’t end up working. In the end, our problem was solved and we paid a fairly low price. We plan to use them for our future plumbing needs.

I don’t write often and when I choose to read it’s because I am needing to make a decision that has an impact.This is for those who really want to understand why I will still choose to go with this company. So if you choose to read on.. hopefully you can see my experience and help you understand what you can expect 😊This is the second time I reached out to Eric Olson for service due to the first time, Eric helped me with my water heater and I had a good experience. This time my rental home experienced an unknown leak that’s showing water mark on the ceiling down stairs . I was very worried because I have heard horrible stories about leaking can affect to the point that causes replacement in thousands of $$$.It was reported on Friday around 5:30pm. I spoke with the dispatcher and made an appointment for Sat ( 12-2pm). The dispatcher was helpful but on sat as I did not get any call around 1:30pm then I found out after contacting that my appointment is not showing scheduled. I must admit that I felt a bit disappointing but since Eric immediately Responded and got an technician out there within 40mins. Regained my trust.The technician first found the water puddle by using their infrared detection tool. yes everyone will tell you it’s a free visual inspection as I talked with 2 other plumbing company to do a comparison, but Eric Olson’s team was more transparent about they need to use the tool, otherwise how can you visually see through the ceiling? So yes of course there is a charge of $279 on the leak inspection that is a standard charge.But further work was needed to track down the leak so after cutting three holes and about ~4 hours later. It seemed the erosion process by Irvine’s harsh water did the damage to the copper pipes so replacement is needed for two areas. One good thing is they will send you the quote and also explain over the phone on the findings so you can approve next step along the way. I felt like I was in really good hands.The technician did NOT want to replace the part with what was sold at Home Depot because the quality was not good. So scheduled another appointment on Sunday to complete the work.Sunday , another technician came out and his name is Anthony. Also very professional and polite.I appreciated that Anthony approached the issue a bit differently by trying to replicate the leak to make sure if what was being fixed is in deed the issue. Because he found a different issue was with the drain under the sink missing the gasket. And suggested the next step is to wait and monitor for a week. If the issue does not appear again then we can close out.He said if there are additional issues, they will send out the master plumber continue to troubleshoot and I should not have to pay again.At this point I am very grateful of their service and every technician being extremely honest with their diagnostics. I will wait for a week and close out with my final feedback.Thank you Anthony and Eric(s)

We have had a wonderful experience with Olson Superior Plumbing. They have helped us with so many different things in our home. They first came out for a slab leak and they were prompt and very reasonably priced. They are honest and professional and we are so grateful we called them. They've helped us with a repipe, fixing a leak, installing a new water heater, installing a halo system, and installing our dishwasher and reverse osmosis, drinking system under our sink. We woke up to a pipe leak in our bathroom. Olsen Plumbing was able to have it looked at and diagnosed within a couple of hours of calling. Had a great overall experience. Would like to thank Emily and Lyle for the great customer service and work.
I received great service from my initial phone call to the techs that came out to do the repair. Pricing was competitive and fair too. If I need any plumbing issues taken care of in the future I will be calling Olson Superior Plumbing.
2022: Josh and Brian were professional and on time. They were knowledgeable and answered all the issues that I have. Not pushy with all the repairs and gave reasonable quotes.2023: Luis helped us with water softener installation system and he was great! He stayed longer than expected because of the type of piping that we have is not universal. I appreciate all the hard work that he did and making sure getting everything installed properly. Olson Superior is great! The office staff is wonderfully responsive. First we had a kitchen pipe leak for which Luis and Patrick did a great job identifying and repairing. Both were very knowledgeable. Then when we needed a reducer and shut off valve installed for a new gas grill, Olson was the easy call. Lyle did a fantastic job staying late to complete. Their prices are reasonable for the area and all the techs have been so professional and done great work. Highly recommend!
I have a home in Rancho Santa Margarita and I had a drain line clogged. They came out and cleared the line with a truck mounted machine. They did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or drain services.

Olson Superior Plumbing sent Garrett to assess the issue with our hot water heater -- when it was determined that a new unit was required, Garrett was excellent in explaining the options, expediting the installation appointment (for the next morning), and performing the installation. He was professional, friendly, and highly competent. We will definitely use Olson Superior Plumbing (and request Garrett!) in the future!
Anthony from Olson Superior Plumbing was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and he did a great job fixing all the issues. It was a lot of work clearing and redoing the piping but he made sure everything was done right. I'm very happy with the results.
Replaced leaking PVC adapter fitting and ball valve that supply water to our sprinklers and pool. Phil was on time, professional, and did a quality installation. Would use Olson Plumbing again for future repairs.
I have called on Olson Superior Plumbing twice. The first time was a couple of weeks ago, at 7:30 am, trying to find someone to come unclog a drain. The person on the phone (Emily?) was so helpful - found someone to come IMMEDIATELY, and gave me estimates on cost so that there would be no surprises. Anthony came as expected, and he was excellent - professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I trusted him enough to call them a second time - this time to install a faucet and disposal. Anthony was, again, excellent - always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was running late from the previous job but let me know. He ended up staying until past 7 pm on a Friday night to finish the job, and it was solid work. I cannot say enough good things about Anthony and am glad to have found plumbers I can trust!
I called Olsen plumbing for two reasons - 1. Routine maintenance to flush our tankless water heater and 2. To fix a clogged downstairs sink. They were super helpful and able to schedule same day - I was provided a quote over the phone for the tankless water heater maintenance and when Lyle our technician showed up he provided a clear estimate for the clogged sink as well. Lyle was professional, clean, friendly and most importantly, effective! He got started on our tankless water heater first and while it was flushing tackled the clogged sink. Lyle at Olsen plumbing is a pro, we will definitely call them in the future for our routine maintenance and plumbing needs.

My water heater that was only 8 years old suddenly stopped working without any sign that it was going bad. I also have a Hot Water Heating System and there is a water pump connected to the water heater. My heating system was working fine until the water heater started making a very loud noise with scary vibrations as if the house was going to take off. I had to turn off the tank with a fear it may even explode. I didn’t know whether the issue was with the water heater itself or the pump connected to it or both. I contacted several companies, all of them highly rated Orange County companies, to get diagnostics and estimates for repair or replacement. One of the companies sent a technician who gave me an estimate of over $4,000. He said the water heater and the “hot water circulating pump” needed to be replaced and also recommended that I needed a Thermo Expansion tank for efficiency and safety. He said the function of the pump I have was to supply hot water without having to wait. The technicians from the second company were very personable and honest but their diagnostics were confusing. I was first told that I didn’t need the pump to have my heating system work properly and that it can be removed and capped. But then their second technician said I needed the pump to get the heating system work; however, they only do plumbing and that I had to hire an HVAC company to address the pump issues as it is a part of the heating system. I didn’t want to have to deal with two separate companies for the system that is connected and have to work together to provide me hot water and heat my space. Frustrated and confused, I called Olson Superior Plumbing. Emily answered the phone. I started to explain the issues and asked whether they can address both a water heater and the pump that might be also a problem. At that moment, Eric got on the phone and started to explain step by step how the Hot Water Heating System operates and the roles of the hydronic pump and one-way flow/check valve. He clarified the pump I have is not a hot water circulating pump that supplies hot water immediately when you open the faucets. It was a hydronic pump required for my heating system to work. He was so knowledgeable and completely familiar with this kind of rather rare but popular heating system that was frequently used in the ’90s. He was able to give a diagnostics and two possible scenarios to address the issues. I was given two estimates based on them. The estimates were clear and very reasonable. At the end of this “educational session,” I was feeling so confident in his expertise and the integrity of the company’s business philosophy. I also found out Eric is the owner and master plumber training his technicians and making himself available for consulting and guidance to the technicians on the job. I cannot tell you how relieved I was after almost a week of dealing with numerous phone calls and confusing diagnostics. Anthony Reyes was the technician who installed a new water heater for me.To make my experience with this company truly SUPERIOR, Anthony was absolutely the very best plumber-technician I have ever worked with. He was exceptionally thorough, detail-oriented and so kind in explaining every step he was doing. I ended up needing just a new water heater and no replacement of a pump or check valve was necessary. Another thing I want to mention why I trust this company over many others is the fact that they purchase consumer-grade water heaters from the retailers like Home Depot. Almost all other companies I had called use contractor-grade water heaters. Although they tried to convince me that the contractor grade is better, I doubt that. My old heater broke down after only 8 years was a contractor-grade water heater. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the services I have received and would give Anthony and Eric’s company 10 Stars!! I would recommend Anthony Reyes and this company to all my family and friends and anyone else with the utmost confidence!!
Found Olson Superior Plumbing on yelp with lots of 5 stars. Decided to give them a try as I’ve had not so good experiences with plumbers of late so needed a new company. Phil exceeded my expectations. Very thorough on servicing my tankless water heaters. While he was waiting for the cleaning to finish on the tankless water heaters, Phil inspected all my plumbing in the house and gave me a few small suggestions of plumbing improvements. He was in no rush to complete the job and rush to the next job which I appreciated. Great job Phil! I will be using Olson Superior Plumbing again and recommend them to my friends!

My water heater died. I called one service and they came out and quoted me a price for a tankless heater. Before agreeing I wanted to get some more quotes. Unlike all the other places I called, James at Olson Plumbing was willing to give me a quote over the phone. Half the price and they had my business. Installation happened same day. The technicians, Anthony and Zachary were complete professionals. Installation was fairly straight forward, until we ran into a problem with the vent. Anthony and Zachary put in time to figure it out, come up with a solution and execute it. No complaints and totally professional. I couldn't recommend this place more. Tenant called on a Sunday to say toilet and shower is clogged so I quickly looked up some OC plumbers that were open on Sunday and came across Olson and was happy they could come same day. The quote was 179.00 for the 25 feet snaking. Plumber called saying it would need to be a 75 foot snake in the main sewer line. He couldn’t tell me if he indeed went 75 feet or just 10 feet. I think they just charge more to clear the main sewer. Price jumped to 325. He did take before videos and after pictures and tested all toilets and showers. They removed a lot of wipes. Flushable wipes are not flushable. Cost me a lot for a tenant issue.

This has been the worst service I have ever gotten from a company before. It took them four technician visits to finally fixed the issue . technicians were late as well. I am still waiting for them to come out and fix the drywall they had to cut which I've already paid for.It's been going on 3 weeks and every time I call in I am told the manager will call me back and I'm still waiting for that manager to call me back.

Olson Superior plumbing came in at a rate better than the competition, and did amazing work. They were great with communication, scheduling, and final product.They actually caught an issue that the inspectors did not, which would have caused big problems in the future. Happy their expert level plumbers (shoutout to Jose!) were able to catch this issue. I called Olson Superior Plumbing and they sent a tech out to my house within 30 mins.Garrett was so friendly and knowledgeable. I thought my garbage disposal needed to be replaced but really it was just clogged and I also had a pipe leak. Garrett took care of everything in about 40 mins. I am so impressed with the service and quality of work. I have definitely found my new plumber!

Found some water damage in the ceiling and called Olson Superior for leak detection services. They sent Garett out the next morning, and he was not only informative and thorough, he was extremely kind and friendly. As promised, he called thirty minutes before arriving, and he had his mask and shoe covers immediately on. He was able to clearly explain the problem, come up with a solution and even refer me to someone who would be able to help with the water damage. So appreciative of the service and would highly recommend Olson Superior.
Efficient scheduling. Fast responses, on time on a Saturday morning. Fixed a leaking garden hose faucet on short notice for the lowest quote I had received, then educated me about water pressure, water heaters, sprinkler noise. Did you know that the City of Irvine had increased the water pressure to houses here because of all the new development? The pressure on my 1974 house was a 100 psi, when it should really be down around 65-70 psi. Damaging to old plumbing. Olson's also doesn’t play with prices, but has fixed, reasonable rates, so no haggling needed. They also installed a water heater and a pressure regulator, all within 1.5 hours. My new plumber!

Lately I’ve been quite suspicious of any service organization. But Olson really changed my view. As a customer of you want to engage in receiving services from an organization you can trust. I’m a healthcare professional- that is my area of experience- plumbing is not. Of course I can Google things and create my own learning - but I don’t have that time. So when I go to a company to see services in an area that is outside my expertise- I want to trust they will hear me- and understand me and be honest and provide assistance accordingly. Olson superior did that from the time of making the appointment to the appointment. So professional and kind. They came on time; they were honest with cost and after they fixed the issue at hand- they provided us additional insight and knowledge. We had Lyle as our Plumber and can I just add such a kind soul. So helpful and knowledgeable. Although I think the cost of labor is a little expensive- I think it’s worth it when you receive such amazing service. I highly recommend this company to anyone. They are truly refreshing.

I had a huge increase in water usage over the past month and called Olson. They sent out Phil who worked for HOURS to find the leak.He crawled under the raised foundation, then he checked the irrigation system, he checked every single water appliance, checked for slab leaks, checked the autofill on the pool and finally found the problem in the irrigation shutoff valve. He dug it up, fixed it and I am so pleased with the work.

First, the good. They were competitively priced and the response time was quick. Techs were also very friendly and faucets were installed without a problem.I just had an issue with the mess that was left behind. There was debris all over the floor in each of the bathrooms where they installed the faucets. Also, they removed everything from under the sinks for the installation, but failed to put everything back. Minor, but a little annoying. And finally, I think one of the techs had some stomach issues while at our place because he left a huge mess inside our toilet. TMI and hopefully he’s feeling better, but it would’ve been courteous to try to clean up afterwards since we do have toilet brushes next to each toilet. They also left behind some charging equipment but didn’t respond when I texted to ask if they needed it back.
I called Olson Superior Plumbing and the excellent customer service started with Jacob. I was looking for a plumber who could hydro a drain outside. Jacob gave me a price and that they could come out the next day. Which was perfect. Since it was going to rain in a couple of days I needed to get this drain cleared ASAP. They keep me posted what time they were going to be there and told me that Efrin was coming out to work on the drain. Unfortunately the hydro didn’t work the pipe was in pieces. They did all the work that day which included Jack hammering the concrete, replacing the pipe and pouring concrete. They gave us an excellent price to do this work. They were very professional and they did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again.

I have used a lot of really good contractors over the years and I can say hands down this plumbing company is one of the best. They were very polite and helpful when I made the appointment and gave me a quote to do the job. The repairman (Elliott Peiss) showed up on time and was extremely polite and explained what he was going to do. He first checked all the critical plumbing around the house to assure there were no other problems. He then proceeded to replace the bathroom faucet which ended up being very difficult to remove because of calcium buildup. Elliott was very tenacious and had to cut the existing faucets off to remove them. He was careful not to damage the porcelain sink and after installed the new faucets. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with his determination and skills. When he completed the job, he thoroughly cleaned the area, and you could not tell he had been there. I know the job took much longer than what they had expected however I was shocked when they charged what they had quoted. I definitely plan use Olson Plumbing for any future plumbing repairs. I highly recommend this company!

The Plummer did not fix my issue, the clog was back within a couple days. They charged me $189, and asked for $800 more without even coming to investigate the issue and why the first repair failed. Different quotes for same services, did not advise of cash discount and charged a high credit card service fee. When I requested a discount they could only give discount to the $800 quote and not the $349. Very bad service and customer service
This is my second time using Olson Superior Plumbing, after the first time I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. This time we had Brian Shute, who‘s not only very knowledgeable and helpful, but we appreciate him being patient, thoughtful, and thorough, by setting up a diagnostic plan to first identify the root cause before jumping into replacing our PRV, as what we originally asked for, even though that means he has to come back and forth multiple times. I’d like to commend their excellent service attitude and professionalism.

The flange was unexpected but a good thing we found it, it had totally dissolved and probably would've caused me problems in the future. Anthony did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him. The second plumber also couldn't unclog the bathtub either, and wanted $3k to replace the bathtub p-trap drain.Richard came in with camera and unclogged everything for less than $500.Richard is a life saver. Came home from vacation on Saturday to find very high water pressure throughout the house. Gave Superior a call and they got back to me promptly. Luckily for me they had a cancellation that day and were able to come out within about two hours of the initial call to replace our pressure reducing valve which had failed. Very happy with their service.

I was referred to Olson by a local handyman and am thankful for him sharing this company.Over the course of two days Luis and Garrett worked at my house and both were amazing. On day one, Luis arrived and worked (quite hard) at accessing a clean out for a bathroom sink, when his multiple attempts didn't work he explained what was happening, the suggested next steps, and got a quote for the work. The bathroom didn't even appear as if he had been there as he so carefully cleaned up the area in which he was working.Day two Garret arrived and began the much bigger job of creating a new clean out and all that goes with that project. Garrett has a friendly yet calm personality and took time to thoroughly explain what he was doing and answer my questions so that I (mostly) understood what was happening. This was a very hot day and I saw some of the gunk he was dealing with and not once did this affect his personality or professionalism in getting the job done. Luis arrived to the party and got to work on installing a PRC (I even learned some plumbing terminology with this experience) and was just as thoughtful in his work as the day before.While I'm not looking forward to paying for additional work found to be needed with the camera and snake I am confident that the work will be completed thoroughly.I highly recommend Olson should you have plumbing needs!

The company was responsive in responding to my request for services. Scheduling was done very quickly. The technician was on time, extremely professional and knowledgeable. While their were issues with the repair due to age, he as efficient in how he resolved them to complete the job.
What an amazing experience and great service! We are getting a skylight installed in our kitchen and a gas line needed to be rerouted to complete the job. Anthony and Zack saved the day when another company canceled last minute and we needed quick service. They showed up within four hours to help move the project along and avoid delays. On top of that they even price matched our other bid. They were very professional, explained what they were doing, and finished the work with speed and precision. Can't thank you guys enough. We will definitely be using you again and recommending to friends and family!

Olson Superior Plumbing is responsible for one of the worst experiences of my life. I am a brand new home owner and thought I was protecting myself by hiring a licensed plumber. I put my trust in Olson and it cost me over $10,000 in damages. Olson told me a permit was not required for the work being done, which is absolutely a lie. They failed to produce a contract meeting the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) guidelines. And worse yet, they not only referred but actually scheduled an asbestos abatement for my house without providing me any details about the individuals performing this abatement. Being a new home owner and believing I had hired a professional, I went through with this abatement and it turned out these individuals were NOT licensed and did everything they possibly could wrong. I should also mention, Eric Olson is FACEBOOK FRIENDS with the unlicensed contractor that he referred to perform this abatement. Now not only was I trapped in my home due to COVID, but my home was contaminated with asbestos.I have since received a Procedure 5 abatement by a licensed abatement contractor but am still without hot water over two months later. Olson has refused to take responsibility for their role in these events and have repetitively tried to appease me by lying to me. After these events took place, I spent days researching the correct way to contract. I wanted to think the best and wanted to believe Olson would not do these things knowingly. In an effort to continue working with Olson to get this work done, I requested a contract be written up according to CSLB guidelines. Instead they had the gall to send me an invoice. It is now clear to me what type of company Olson Superior Plumbing is.Olson Superior Plumbing is a predatory contractor masquerading as a friendly, helpful, God loving, family plumber, saving you money. (Of course they are less expensive, they aren't following ANY of the same regulations others are).AVOID AT ALL COST.*UPDATE*In response to Eric Olson's comment -- It's easy to be happy when you think you are getting a good deal and don't know any better. Now that I know what contracts should include, about what requires permits, and more about how water heaters _should_ be installed, I am quite understandably NOT happy.You recommended we use this restoration company and they showed up at our door without so much as a phone call from them. We did not contact them.The point is: you should never have recommended this company to begin with. Do not take my acceptance of mediation as me being somehow pleased with this outcome. I was completely up front about being a new home owner and not knowing how to go about this process. Worst case, Olson is complicit and willfully set this up to take advantage of our ignorance and make a quick buck without any concern over our safety. Best case, Olson lied about requiring a permit to avoid wait time and rather than taking 10 seconds to verify a referral's information, Olson put us in a situation where this entire incident was possible.This has been months of my life wasted on cleaning up a completely avoidable mess. The fact that even now you think you've done no wrong is disgusting.

It was a very small job -- replace a valve that is allowing only a small trickle of water through. The problem is that it was in a very tight spot where you can't really get a wrench in there. He was able to remove the existing valve and replace it with a push-to-connect valve. Everything is working great now! In & out in about 15 or 20 min.
Could not ask for more. Truly a 5 star service.
Tony was very polite, on-time, answered all my questions and ensured that he addressed any concerns I have. It took two tries with the snake auger to unclog the drain as after the first attempt the water was still backing up. The snake was catching on something and was difficult to remove but the kitchen sink is now unclogged for now. He checked it several times to ensure it remained unclogged and I’ve ran the water 10 min straight without any issues.

I had a leak somewhere based on my water bill and this company was super responsive from beginning to end. They did a complete inspection of my home plumbing in addition to doing the repairs. The technician Patrick was extremely courteous and knowledgeable giving me quotes on additional repairs I wasn't ready to do today but want to do in the future. I was very happy with the service.

My water heater started leaking aggressively, and given its age I knew it would need replacing.I scoured google/yelp and found Olson with stellar reviews. From the first call I made to Annie to Luis wrapping up the job, they provided 5 star service and communication.Note: I did not shop around for the best pricing, so I cannot say if they are more or less expensive, but I absolutely feel I made the right choice in trusting Olson for this project.

I needed a washing pan installed and my dish washer pipes unclogged. All I can say is that I experienced 5 star service and was charged fair prices compared to competing plumbers. Joshua was my plumber and he was very experienced and got the job done right. He even checked the rest of my house and gave me great advise on certain warranties the house builder should cover. He dropped such valuable knowledge on possible ways to save money on future plumbing services. Will call when I need future plumbing services.

Darrel was very thorough and checked everything and I was very relieved to find out that the green algae I saw wasn't caused by a pipe leak after all. He gave me several suggestions that might make it less likely for algae to grow there Then he left but without charging me anything for his time or service. That was unbelievably generous.
They were very professional. They observed social distancing and wore masks. We paid what we were quoted over the phone. After the work was done, they explained what they repaired thoroughly and even took pictures to show us.
James and his assistant were on time fast and told me everything they were going to do. They cleaned up and made sure all the work was to my satisfaction. I would recommend and use Olson Superior Plumbing again..

I went to Yelp at 5:00 PM. Found Olsen’s Plumbing. Immediately called and spoke to a gentleman named Jake. Could not have been any kinder and professional. He said let me check with my technicians and call you back. Within 5 minutes Jake called back and said Tony will be there between 7:30 and 8:30. Luckily called snd showed up at 7:00. Nicest man on the planet. So cool. By 8:00 leak was fixed. Kitchen sink out back together and I’m writing a review. Amazing. Exactly how it’s supposed to be. Quoted me $189 on the phone and that’s exactly what I was charged. No bait and switch. No upsell. In and out. What a fantastic first experience with Olsen’s plumbing. They are plugged in my phone and on speed dial for future issues. Way go to guys. Happy first time customer here.

I reached out because I noticed a leak under my kitchen sink. Even though it was late at night, I got a response within minutes. They were able to schedule me for first thing the next morning. Daryl came out, assessed the situation and gave me a very fair quote. We were so pleased with his work that we scheduled him to come back out and take on a bigger job of updating some plumbing that we had been putting off in our backyard. It wasn’t a necessity, but it was old and messy and just needed to be cleaned up. And since we had found a great plumber, we decided it was a great time to get it all taken care of. I spoke with Emily on the phone, and she was so pleasantly friendly and got us on the schedule for the next day. Everything was taken care of, and looks so much better! Once again, Daryl did a great job!

I was out of town and my wife called to say water was coming into our dining room from the adjacent crawlspace wall. She contacted a leak detection company. They came out 2 days later, couldn’t fit into the crawlspace opening, put their equipment on the water line and said it wasn’t leaking and to check for a plumbing issue with a toilet ring or drain.I contacted Olson on Sunday and explained my situation to Emily. She assured me Olson could help me get this fixed and gave me all of the details on how they would identify the leak, quote the repair and make sure we could get back on track as quickly as possible. She scheduled Daryl G. to come out that afternoon. Daryl arrived ahead of schedule and went right into the crawlspace. He identified the leak and repaired it in less than an hour. He also gave my wife a few tips for drying out the walls/floor/baseboard. She was very happy with the results!I am very relieved to get this behind us and grateful to have a company like Olson jump right into my problem like it was their own! My wife and I found our plumbing company for life!!
